    "Absolutely appalling service! I would give this company zero stars if I could. Two years ago, I foolishly entrusted them with a $1000 deposit, and since then, it's been nothing but radio silence. They've completely ignored all my attempts to reach out, whether by phone, email, or even carrier pigeon.
    It's outrageous how they can just take people's hard-earned money and disappear into thin air without a trace. This level of disregard for their customers is utterly disgraceful. I wouldn't wish this kind of treatment on my worst enemy.
    Save yourself the headache and steer clear of this company. They're nothing but scam artists preying on unsuspecting individuals. If you value your time and money, look elsewhere for services because this company clearly doesn't care about anything but lining

    I ordered a storm door, awning, and flooring on Oct. 4, 2023. I was told by Gene that the storm door was there and he would contact his installers. That was over 2months ago. I've called and emailed them several times with no response. I have also gone to the company and taped a note to there door with the same information and asked them to call me. i went and the note was off the door and still no response. The door has been locked every time I go there. I have paid $1,900 down and have received nothing. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

    Ordered a door and made a substantial deposit in June 2023. It's almost November and still no door. When they are there at the business, which isn't often, I get the same excuse that it's still on backorder.
