      I bought this for my wife, I never got an order confirmation. I saw that the $150.40 was withdrawn from my account but got no shipping confirmation either. I contacted customer support and found out that I could see the information through a login on their website. I could see the order confirmation and it states that the shipment is "unfulfilled". After waiting a little over a week for any information on shipping, I contacted customer support. Their agent's name is *********, and she has continually led me along to believe it's going to ship soon, and it has now been a ******** I decided to look up the company more, and I can see that I am not in the minority. There are tons of situations just like mine, where people have their money taken, then wait months on end for the device to ship. So I decided I wanted to cancel the order and ask for a refund. ********* answered again, and said she would escalate to management. She assured me it would be approved in 1-2 days. It has been 4 days and still has not been cancelled. I will continually call support for updates.

      The device stopped working after about 1 or 2 uses. It didn't help anyway. I had gotten a subscription for gel pads, since it's cheaper than buying them separately.I tried to cancel my subscription MULTIPLE times, but they kept charging me & THEN sending me emails back giving me all kinds of options, "but if I ever decide I want to cancel, let them know." I ALREADY DID! They refused to do it! There was no way to cancel on the website, only through email. This last time, I was finally a little firm with *********** wrote back that I can only return my device for 120 days (not even what I asked to do), so I can either pay off the rest of my device (which I fully paid when I bought it), or keep my subscription until it's fully paid. Which would I like? I wrote them back, "Neither! My device is fully paid off & I want my subscription stopped!" I really deserve at least a partial refund since that piece of junk stopped working almost immediately, but THIS is the bullcrap they give me instead!?! I'll be praying for these people who think this is ok.

      This company is horrible with customer service. My ******************** did not work for me and although they guaranteed a refund, I never received it or heard back from any of their representatives. The company is absolutely disgusting.

      Man, I really wish I could give this company zero stars! I've been trying to cancel my subscription since 2024, but honestly, I kept forgetting to check every month because it was only $8.00 in my mind. But then I realized why I kept putting it off - because it's a total hassle to find the cancellation option on their website!I'm thinking about filing a lawsuit, and I'm currently working with my bank to dispute all the charges and deny them access to my account. And you won't believe this - the contact number has no representative available and asks you to leave your contact info. Plus, there's no cancellation option in my account settings or from my purchase email. It's such a scam!Ladies, I beg you, please don't consider ordering anything from this company.

      I have submitted a cancellation for over a week, and there is a customer service representative named ********* who refuses to process it because I said that I would want to pursue a refund. She is actually playing games and will not process it, I've cancelled over a year ago, and they refuse to stop taking the $8 out of my account. I'm shocked at how horrible this company is?! It's been multiple years of them taking money and I canceled and they kept charging me for GEL pads even though I canceled the other subscription and that's unethical.

      They are very hard to contact They have an automated system that loops you through ive been trying to cancel for days now. The device is paid off I no longer need the gel pads. I am going to have to put a stop payment thrmy bank to get this taken care of as they don't respond via phone or email.

      I order this device to help with menstrual camps, the gels irritated my skin the first uses. I took the device with me to a device to a doctor appointment to show them what caused the burn. They told me to stopped using the device immediately. I contacted Livia to cancel tbe order and i was informed I have to send the device back. They never sent me the correct information to.send the device back. And I had to move so the device was lost. I informed Livia i no longer had the device. What are the next steps. I got different answers. Long story short im still being charged $8 sicne 2021 or 2022 until now 2024. The charged had stop for 6 months i believe in 2023. Now I'm notice the $8 charges again. DONT ORDER FROM LIVIA. BUYER BEWARE!

      I have been trying to cancel my subscription with them for days now and they never respond to any of my emails and I cannot get anyone on the phone. I was told that my livia has been paid in full and my monthly subscription plan just covers the gel pads which I no longer need. There is no way to cancel the automatic subscription on the website and no one ever gets back to me so how am I supposed to cancel the service?
