      This is not accurate. We were asked to make **** and *** requests. The **** results came back and were provided to client. The *** results had not come back yet, and client terminated services instead of waiting for them.

      TERRIBLE, !!!!!! Only one star and that was one start too many They took my 81 y/o dad's money, over $8,000.00 over 5 years ago regarding his house. He has been trying to get in touch with them since then. His excuse was COVID. That the courts were closed and not to worry. As he took his money and "LOST" important paperwork, then had the nerve to charge my ELDERY dad extra to get paperwork AGAIN !!Never returned phone calls and every time my 81y/o dad went to the office in the Bronx, he was never there. Never picks up the phone, and now they are going to take his house and throw him out in the streets. This agency should be ashamed of themselves. The network that aired his commercials should also be held accountable. I have seen many reviews that say the same thing. Once you have paid him his retainer, you will never hear from him again.
