Had a beautiful walk-in shower installed by Sean & Nate who were very polite and knowledgeable and left everything in great shape. They told me NY Sash was a great place to work and it shows when they can retain such good workers in the current climate. Had several windows installed by Ryan & Jay and again was not disappointed in their work or attitude. They showed up on time and as promised (rare with many of the contractors I've dealt with) and worked during trying weather conditions without complaint.

Patrick and Ryan installed our new walk in shower. They were professional, arrived at our house around the same time we discussed and did a beautiful job. They cleaned up their work mess which has been a problem with other contractors whom we had previously hired. New York Sash will be my first call for future home projects and would reccomend them in a heart beat to anyone needing their provided services.New York Sash

I am very pleased with my new walk in shower. I love that you offer so many choices of colors and textures. It didn't take me long to find exactly what I wanted and the price was within my budget. I was also vey pleased and impressed with the 2 young men who did the installation. Sean Grant and Ryan Coonly were very knowledgeable and explained everything to me as they went along. They made the whole process enjoyable.New York Sash

Sean G**** and Nate H**** were very courteous. They did a great job in removing the old cast iron tub, walls and old plumbing and replaced it all with a walk in shower. They arrived when they said they would which is greatly appreciated. It took them the two days as promised. We thank them for the excellent work they both did.New York Sash

5 starsJust had my front door replaced today. It looks fantastic! The guys who installed it were pleasant and professional. The salesman, Matt, explained the whole process to us from start to finish and helped us pick a door in our budget. They offered us financing to help offset the higher costs. My only complaint is it took about 2 months longer than originally projected to receive the door and have it installed. However, since customer service was on top of returning my calls and keeping me informed I consider this a minor issue. Overall the experience was a good one.Review fromCharlene F

Chris and his crew did an awesome job replacing our front door along with screen door. It was cold so they put plastic up to ward off some of the cold. My brother is in a hospital bed and couldn't be out of the room. I thought it was very thoughtful of them to put plastic up and plug in a space heater. They went above and beyond my expectations. I will recommend NY Sash to anyone who needs Doors, windows etc.. They did our living room windows in the past and did a great job on them as well. Thank you so much for excellent work.New York Sash

We had 2 windows and seamless gutters put on our house in Cooperstown. The NY Sash team was excellent to work with from consult to installation. The consultant Matt came right to the house was very transparent about prices and timelines. Their contractor came out the next day to verify measurements. We received a hand written thank you note from the company. The office staff were great with communicating order, delivery, and installation dates. The installation team arrived on time, were VERY clean, professional, and finished the job to perfection. I honestly cannot say enough great things about this company.
