Company sold me a Engine for $2,625 for a 2011 ***** Cruze Inwhich they told me they had the engine in their warehouse in ***** ******** that had only ****** miles on it stating to me it can be delivered to my requested destination within three to five business days which was a lie because the engine was in ********* and then gave me a tracking number that doesnt exist and contact number that no one answered which customer called several times about tracking and delivery of my part Inwhich several company lies to customer on information ******* company stated delivery truck driver got killed on highway and their waiting on information of new trucking company for delivery also customer asked company for invoice stating mileage and price, warranty of engine purchased *************** sent a email with purchase price and no mileage with customer filing a dispute because of no delivery and proper documentation and communication company then had a very old engine sent from a junk yard that needed a water pump, spark plugs, multiple oil leaks and a cylinder valve cover replaced. I was informed by the *** mechanics that the engine was very old, no warranty on engine and the engine I purchased was only worth between $800-$1,000 dollars so another dispute for $1,625 refund is requested for trying to scam customer Inwhich if customer doesnt seek help the customer would have been scammed for the whole amount STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!

Scammers ! i purchased a 340 Mopar engine for $******* , months of runaround about trucklines, and false tracking numbers, never received engine, i was told they would refund but that nerver happened either, they even sent me an email stating they would refund . the New York Attorney General should go after these guys, i am retired and cannot afford to throw $ ******* out the window, but what recourse is there ? reading the other reviews how does the district attorney justify allowing this to continue ?

Big Rip OFF! I bought an engine on 3/20/24 for $1000+ of which was damaged during transit and upon arrival on 4/4/24. X-Autocare made aware of damage to the block of the engine w/pictures and video. On their website it states that they provide a Replacement warranty of 90 days for defective products from the date the product is received. On 4/9/24 XAC -checking their stock for another engine. After several calls on 4/23/24 they stated they would send us another engine, requesting $$ for shipping. We refused as we were within our warranty. Their website states Full refund will be issued to original purchaser. On 5/6/24 XAC sending 2nd engine out To make it right. On 5/13/24 called to follow up on the status-given the tracking info-JSP Transit. On 5/14/24 **************** Status w/ JSP transit was ********,** and then AZ. On 5/17/24 JSP status ETA was 5/21/24. On 5/22/24 No engine- called JSP than told 5/24/24. No engine on 5/24/24. Several calls to **** at XAC between 5/28 to 6/5/24, no answer, or placed on log holds. On 6/5/24, XAC informed us JSP transit lost the engine in transit. On 6/5/24 **** stated he shipped (3rd) another engine on 6/13/24 due to JSP transit losing it in transit. This is now the 3rd engine using Speed Ship Transit-stating ETA 7/2. Several calls to transit company reg- status w/20 min hold times. On 7/3/24 transit company told us they attempted to deliver engine but driver didnt have forklift. Spoke to *************************** and he stating they would return to redeliver the engine on 7/5/24 by 11AM. We again had NO Engine! Called 7/5/24 and again they gave us the runaround (both transit and XAC) On 7/8 - 7/9/24 -several calls and messages for ***** at XAC demanding answers and refund. On 7/10/24 per **** speaking to his boss about issuing a refund. On 7/18/24 **** at XAC stated the he got approval to issue a refund check to be mailed 7/22/24.Its now August and No Refund as promised. Several attempts to contact them about the status of our money.

I've told them 50 times I'm on the national do not call list and have asked to not be called. They have continued to call trying to sell me insurance that I've told them over and over I'm not interested in. They have called me over 50 times and continue to do so cause they say the do not call list doesn't pertain to them!!

This company is a rip-off and should not be trusted. I had read some of the reviews on this company and I contacted them asking why they had such bad reviews and their response was it's a small amount compared to the amount of business they do. Then they assured me they could fill my order for a transmission which like a fool I said I will give you a try and now I wish I had listened to the reviews so if anyone reads this review I'll give you this warning do not do business with this company you will not receive what you paid for again I say don't do it.

I will start my review by saying, after you hear my story and still proceed to buy from this company you got to be crazy.my situation is long and on going, will have to do it in parts.I am from ******, have a *** 2013 X6M looked all over ****** for a moto, with no luck, I decided to look in ******, was a bit sceptic but they convince me that they can get an engine for me. My engine cost $7,500 ** which works out to $10,000 ********.When the engine was install, and turned on is was smoking like crazy, I could not believe it.This engine was bought September 25th, i was told do a diagnostic test, so I took it to *** Dealer, the result was the valve seals was gone, and it would cost $19,970. Went to another mechanic shop and they said they would do it for a bit over $8,000. The worse part about this story is that they bought the engine in ******, I called the warehouse where the engine was shipped from and explain that I got an engine from your shop and the valve seals are complete gone and the engine is smoking like crazy, then He said to me that He told them the engine had valve seals problem and smoking a lot and they still bought it and He wants nothing to do with this problem. When I mention it to xautocare they said they can sue *** for revealing that information to me.As of today December 6th, I've been passed on to several people in the company and HAVE NOT RECEIVE MY REFUND, They have also stop answering my calls. I have a ton of pictures, receipt, call logs name of different people that I was passed around ETC, and will continue to update my situation until I get my refund. Also looking in to legal action against this company

This company stop communicating with me after they received payment of $2,852 for a Hummer H2 engine . We are filing a dispute now to get a full refund. The seller last said they would send a tracking number which was never sent . I wish Id look them up on BBB before I did business with them . Very unprofessional. I have copy of all text and emails and I plan to use them for my case .
