    The billing department of this establishment are a bunch of scam artists. My husband had a scan done on 4/29/2023 and was billed with incorrect coding, leaving us with a bill of $495 instead of our $20 copay. I called my insurance company to find out why it wasn’t covered and they told me it was an honest mistake and Windsong just had to change the coding and resubmit the bill. I called Windsong to tell them that and they said no problem, they will change it and resubmit the bill. The following month I received another bill now for over $500. I called Windsong back to find out why, they said it was because the last one wasn’t paid and now there was a fee. I called my insurance company back and told them what was going on, they called Windsong on a 3-way call, confirmed with them that we as the patient only owes the $20 copay and they need to resubmit the billing correctly. Fast forward through a full year and 10 months of this, 2 more 3-way calls with my insurance company telling Windsong that they are now committing fraud because they put us through collections, to me finally receiving a bill for the first time for my $20 copay on 6/23/2024. Best part? They marked it “Past Due”!!!!!
