      I paid SOS to do a complete tear of and roof replacement. They warranty labor for 10 years. At first, in the middle of the job, the ceiling in the living room caved in and had to be repaired by SOS. Then, they never told us that they did not hook the heating coils back up so this year we had a major ice dam with tons of damage in the bathroom that required us to replace the bathroom. Now we’ve had other roofers as well as SOS come out to see what we can do to make sure that the area where it was leaking over the bathroom is water tight, and several other roofers have told us that the flashing was not done properly and needs to be redone. In addition, now the plywood is coming up across other parts of the roof I have attempted to call SOS about the plywoodmultiple times and they do not return my calls. Prior to this, they refuse to take any responsibility whatsoever for the improper flashing. Roofers are telling me that I will need an entirely new roof. This is completely unacceptable and I need help with this problem.

      They took a deposit of $1,000.00 from me in April of 2024 for a roofing job on my new addition
      Chris came over and look at my architect drawings and give me a Quote of $6,800.00 a week before they suppose to show up they said price now $10,935.00.
      So I went with other contractor they said that they would refund my deposit.Weeks than months went by no refund on Monday the lady in the office finally said they don't refund deposit called the
      owner David Z******** for 3 days and he won't return my phone so this is my option.

      Good afternoon, It is stated on Mr. *****'s contract that our deposits are non-refundable. We did, however, make an exception to our contract and refund Mr. ***** the full amount of his deposit.

      They first started on my roof on 10/15/2021 . My roof had a leak in it over the porch area . The men told me if I paid them $1,400 they would fix it and guantee it would never leak again.
      I paid them with a check that day. It took months for them to come back and supossedly fix it.
      they took pictures which they said they would send to me and never did . The roof has leaked worse since they have touched it. Since then they came back several times always with the excuses they are ordering materials etc. but never attempting any repairs. They also never return most of our calls. That includes the owner Dave's private cell number. The last contact was my husband talking directly to Dave in May when Dave promised to be out in 2 weeks to repair the roof. Again NO show. At this point we have no idea how we should proceed .
