    In 2009 my son went to ************, they pushed me to sign a parent-plus application which was denied therefore the debt is entirely my sons. They froze my account, took the money for the debt, froze another of my accounts. In April I see they put the money back into my account, but didn't unfreeze my other account. I call to see why they put the money back they have no answer for me, still haven't unfroze my other account. and said they can't because the debt was outstanding I said it was paid and you gave it back so why wouldn't you release the other bank. I get no answer, they never provided me validation on the debt showing me where I signed to be responsible. ************ allowed my child to go there and didn't secure funding until the end of the course at which time they pulled him from his final exam and forced him to sign NEW documents to secure funding and I was not there for that. He nor I received validation of the debt ever. They also NEVER notified me of this supposed debt, ever they just go in the account freeze and take the money. They will not answer me why they put the money back and have also not released my second account they froze. They are crooks. I want my money released.

    Look like they get the job done..I owed a credit card that fell tru the cracks during covid. And yes, I got the construction **** tape with their notice on my front door. Call them. Worked a payment plan payed my dues and called it a day... LOL

    They frozen my bank account with absolutely no notice and stated to my bank that I lived in ** where it's legal to do such things. However I live in ** where an out of state company is not allowed to garnish a bank account unless for child support or student loan debts. Will be filing a complaint against them with the attorney general

    I dont even know who this company is I couldve let in a mail talking about. They are going to garnish my wages for a company that charged off the account. I dont think thats legal also, the debt that I owe is not theirs

    They levied my bank accounts that belong to my children who are in college! That is not legal as the debt I owed is not theirs!!

    Terrible!! They taped the summons to my door with blue contractors' tape, outside with ALL my information on it for the world to see. Never even knew they were there, and I was home. My husband took it off the door when he got home from work. Saying I don't need to be present to answer. The summons was dated May 15th by them and May 30th of 2024 by my town's city clerk office. I just received it yesterday, July 17th, 2024. I don't even know if I am to believe this or not. Yes, I do owe the debt, ran into a few hard situations so I defaulted, but this is highly suspicious and very unprofessional

    It was like pulling teeth coming up with a payment plan with them. Also, rude employees that talk down to me. They also taped the summons to my door for everyone to see..at least put it in an envelope!! You would think they were chasing millions! So unprofessional and rude service.

    On March 23rd 2024, somebody from this law firm slammed and taped some summons note in front of my apartment door. all my personal information was on displaying and the tape they used removed coating of my door. no warning letters, no phone calls was provided to this writer. Awfully and shameful experience from this Law Firm.

    Selip and Stylianou Law Firm are the worst. They came to my apartment building and taped a summons to my door for a small debt that I owed. Then set a payment plan with them and apparently it didnt go through so they harassed me again by calling me after I spoke to them and said I no longer want them to call me or come to my apartment again. Disgusting company!

    I would give them zero reviews. They dont honor what they say. Management does not know what employees are telling customers.
