    This So call Collection Lawyer Firm is ABSOLUTELY the most HORRIBLE AND GREEDY company I have EVER encountered!! I owed a debt to ******************** that they took over cause of a credit card I got. This was in 2011. I started paying them upon first notice because I wanted to pay my debt! I was struggling but was sending them what I could. That was not good enough and they file a claim and took me to court, even though they said they would work out an agreement of payment with me. I went to court and told the judge what they did. He ordered me to pay less than what I was paying!!! $25 a month is what the judge to,d me to pay and told them, to do better!!! . I paid them every month until the Pandemic hit and everything shut down including work for EVERYONE! These greedy people was charging me penalties during a PANDEMIC!!!! HOW AWFUL!!! They called me last year and had tacked on $350 plus dollars on my debt. Even though I paid them on time and had paid over $2500!!! They agreed to $1500 more to pay. I got the papers at the end of December 2022. Signed them and sent a payment! I missed January but sent the agreed elevated amount of $125 a month which I told them it was too much to pay regular monthly!!!! I thought I was down to $625 when last week, They put a garnisher notice on my bank account for over $2700.00!!!!! Claiming that I defaulted on the agreement because I did not pay in January 2023! ! Meanwhile, they were taking my checks monthly for $125.00 til last week! I COULD NOT BELIEVE IT!!! They were trying to chokehold me for now $991.00 they added another $300 plus in penalties fees but was still taking my money! THANK GOD I AM A BLESSED PERSON! I was working .So when they did that, It did not affect my finances and paying my bills. My Bank told me what to do and I did. They released the garnisher hold within 48 hours! I got all my money back. I am thinking about suing them for taking more money from me than I owed!!!

    Terrible debt collection practices and questionable correspondence which makes me believe theyre not running a legit operation, especially after seeing all of the reviews on this site and ******* I hope to be rid of them when I file my bankruptcy soon but I wouldnt be surprise if they violate the stay or worse, try to collect after at which I will work to the day of my death to get them shut down!!!!

    I came home to find a summons taped to my front door with all my information available for any one to look at .... not only do I find this unethical but at some point criminally wrong as it was my private information! Not even in an envelope!

    I received two letters from this company, sent one week apart. These letters pertain to my debt with ************ but they state different amounts of money that I supposedly owe. Furthermore, my name is misspelled in the letters, or it might not even be my name at all.I contacted ************* customer support to clarify the matter, and they confirmed that my account is in good standing. Unfortunately, they could not provide any explanation for the letters that I received.I advise everyone to exercise caution, as this situation appears to be a potential scam.

    This "collection agency" is a scam. A representative will ask for verification, which includes your social security number, phone number, etc. before explaining why a collections letter was sent to you. You do not have to answer their "verification" questions regarding your "file".
