I bought a car from ***, located off gate 6 in *********, *******. It was a horrible experience dealing with both ********************* and *************************. In short, my order had to be ordered from a different location in *******. When it came in, I get a call from ***** but did not answer since I was busy. I called him back twice and he did not return my call. I go to the dealership and of course the car is damaged and when asking ***** about the damages. He became belligerent and started yelling at me. Don't know why he started yelling at me, but I yelled back at him to defend myself. I wrote a review based on this experience on ****** and their supervisor, ********************************* wrote me back and contradicted what I wrote and decided to call me out. I wrote him back, but he deleted my response. Upon writing this review, **** ended up working on base at another *** and came after me on base and started a quarrel with me. He couldn't face me like a man and ran away. It's clear that this company has no respect for the Military or it's Veterans. This company does not deserve to have the word Miliary as part of their name. Don't buy a car from these people. if I didn't have to leave a star, it would be blank.

Military Autosource may very well have the worst customer service experience in the universe. I ordered a pick up in October of 2021 while deployed. We're about to be in September of 2022 and quite frankly I am running out of patience. The lack of communication during this entire process has been embarrassing. According to the last conversation I had with one of their representatives in late June, I should have my truck already. I understand that there have been delays in supply chain world wide but the only reason I found out that the delivery was delayed is because I continue to reach out. I have been making steep vehicle payments since April on a truck I don't have and was forced to purchase a second vehicle upon redeployment. I chatted with someone on your website and was told I would be contacted within 48 hours, it's been a week and nothing. I've reached out to **** and they told me to talk to them all but I cant get anywhere with them. I would be more forgiving if I received a courtesy phone call or email with an update but they have made no such attempt.

Very Poor customer support for ***************** members, DOD Civilians and their family's when they have warranty issues with the vehicles overseas. I have purchased two vehicles from two different Military Autosource (MAS) locations overseas. I paid for extended warranty coverage on both vehicles. Both vehicles required warranty service. MAS assured me before I purchased the vehicle that there were mechanics in my location that would support any and all warranty claims. That has proven to be untrue. I would not recommend purchasing a vehicle from MAS while overseas.
