It took me a month to get another transmission from them because I to 2 weeks to get a phone call from their mechanic. He told me he would call me right back he had to check on something. That was the last time I heard from him. A week later I received a phone call from a woman who said they would send me another transmission and it would be checked out before they sent it.I received a transmission with no torque converter, bolts were visibly loose and had some slipping. I now have 2 cores for them to pickup and scheduled to have them picked up so I could get my warranty. Several weeks passed by and they didn't pick up cores. I made several more attempts to schedule pickup. I kept getting an answering machine that encourages me to leave a message and tells me the mailbox is full and not accepting any messages. That second **** is slowly getting worse and slipping more. I checked their website and saw your message. I hope you can help me cause I don't know what to do.Initial Complaint

Ordered transmission from this company and was guaranteed 36 month ******* miles - I had the transmission installed December of 2022 and was fine until November 2023, when it wouldn't run unless it was in a low gear. I had barely put ***** miles on it. When ******************** checked it, it was full of metal. I tried contacting multiple times to resolve my issue, but when calling all I got was a voicemail box and no return phone call after several attempts. I am seeking a refund for this product as I have already replaced through another merchant.Customer Answer

This company will not stand behind its stated warranty. We bought a transmission on 10-14-22. It malfunction on 12-13-22 after less than 12 thousand miles. They finally sent a replacement on 1-27-23 and the transmission was faulty from the start. It had nothing higher than 3rd gear. Now here it is 3-9-23 and I can't get them to replace it. They have stopped answering the phone. They won't return a phone call. You can't leave a voice mail. It seems like they are selling used transmission and calling them "re-manned". I have purchased several transmission from this outfit but no moreCustomer Answer

Purchased transmission online from this business and after 1 month it took to receive it .. it broke within first 3 mos.. the warranty was for 3 years and shipped it back to the company to receive a new transmission and once the company received the unit back all communications ceased and the company employees started not taking my calls or attempting to resolve the matter in which they said they would send another non faulty transmission.. this has been going on since september of 2022.Customer Answer

2 April 2022 I purchased a ***** blazer transmission from Bestdealtransmissions through **** and I shipped the transmission back on July 7 2022. There was supposed to be a 2007 Monte ***** transmission sent in its place. It is now 26 February 23 and I have been contacting them all this time and requested a refund or transmission and have not received either. My last request was for a refund only and they won't accept or return my call. I paid ******* dollars and **** won't cover anything over 90 days so I am out ******* dollars.Initial Complaint

So the whole process started in November. I need to buy a transmission for a ************************************************************************* The whole process of rebuilding the original one was a bit longer than just replacing it was why I went this route. I contacted the seller told him what I need. He quickly returned messages he of course had what I need. He also wanted me to call him directly which I found out later this is against **** policy. He said he could sell it cheaper and faster without **** involvement. I fell for it because Im in a hurry. A family of five having to share 1 car. We cant do that. So I agreed and spent ******* for his rebuilt transmission. After some delay because the had yo build the new transmission which was a lie also it finally arrived at the transmission shop. On December 2 we got the car back and noticed immediately it wasnt shifting properly. It slipped from park to any gear. It lunged hard going into 3rd gear. The shop on the test drive also noticed and said something wasnt tight. I contacted the seller and from Dec 2 to now Jan 20 I have gotten the run around. The seller says it always something else. I paid another ********************* from cyberwrench to come out to my house and reprogram the transmission computer. ******. Which didnt work of course. Every time I call the seller **** he is in the hospital sick or dying or doing chemo. Its all a scam to make me feel sorry for him and give him more time. So now he wont return any phone calls. Or txt. After telling me 2 weeks ago he would send out another unit. I started looking for complaints on this business and found he does this quite a bit. Yelp reviews is where I found info that he keeps scamming customers through ****. The most recent complaint is from a month ago.Initial Complaint

This company pulled a calculated scam on me and stole $1537, by not providing **** with any shipping information and then delaying shipping to eat up 23 of the 30 day **** return policy. I thought I was safe making this purchase through ****. ****s own rules state that the 30 day return policy starts when the item is delivered. Since no shipping information was provided, **** insists they have to go by the purchase date. **** is part of the problem! The transmission I received, 23 days after the purchase date, didnt even match the sellers description. The sellers description states, every rebuilt transmission comes with a brand new torque converter and is dyno tested before being shipped. The transmission I received came with a ***** old torque converter that was hastily painted black. After installing the transmission and adding the transmission fluid, it was discovered that the transmission fluid pan had a hole in it. Upon closer inspection the pan was completely rusted through. A known common problem on the 42rle transmission. Obviously this transmission wasnt dyno tested. If it was it would have leaked transmission fluid all over the test machine just like it did all over my garage floor. After installing a new pan and new transmission fluid, it was time for the test drive. The transmission shifted into 2nd gear and immediately slipped like it was in neutral instantly producing transmission fault codes. I immediately contacted the seller with no response. I then started a return request through ****. The seller immediately declined the return due to being past the 30 day window. I then contacted ****. They tell me that they have to use the purchase date as their reference since no shipping information was provided. I provided shipping paperwork clearly showing the delivery date. Even though the date of my return request was was well within the 30 day window according to the delivery date, **** told me their hands are tied, case closed. Very calculated!!!Customer Answer
