    I got sucker punched and screwed by **** and ***** from Best Deal Transmissions LLC in ********, **. Bought a "rebuilt" trans off **** from ****. Rather than message me thru **** he called me on my cell as soon as I sent an email inquiry (how did he get my cell number?) He asked me to skip **** and just send him a PayPal gift for the cost of the **** Acura MDX transmission, plus shipping plus a "refundable" $400 core deposits. Since his **** feedback was 100% I trusted him. When the transmission arrived the case was damaged due to stripped out internal s**** threads. I had to repair this myself for it to work right. I then contacted **** about returning my old transmission. He told me to email his wife ***** which I did. I shipped my core back 4 months ago and I've sent 2 dozen emails and phone messages asking for my core refund. I've spoken to ***** twice by phone and she always promises to send my money. Fat chance. These people lie as easily as birds fly. No refund. Nothing but excuses like **** is fighting for his life with some mysterious disease. But I have a hard time believing all this since I still see them selling transmissions on ****. I am out $665 because I trusted these people. They are crafty and tell you lots of tall tales. But with the simple click of a mouse they could have sent me my money. My saga began in October 2022 and as of January 2023 all I have is broken promises. These people are either serial liars or criminal immigrants from a foreign land. I've never felt so stupid to have trusted such ****** and ***********************. If there warranty is as good as their work you can flush that down the toilet too. **** in *******, ******

    We contacted this company on **** to purchase a transmission. ****, contacted my husband and said that he was having problems with the **** system and would we like to purchase it through their company directly. We did so and paid for the transmission. When the transmission arrived and we installed it in the vehicle the transmission was not in good working order. My husband remove the transmission contacted the company and let ***** know (after mini phone calls before getting in touch with him) that the transmission was not a working transmission. It did come with a three-year warranty. My husband was told to have the transmission ready to be picked up and that they would deliver a replacement when they picked up both transmissions.(the original from vehicle and the one we bought). When the truck came to pick up the two transmissions, there was no replacement delivered. After many weeks and many phone calls that went unanswered, my husband filed a case with our bank to get our money back $2275 total. He sent an email to **** letting him know about the case filed with the bank and then we got a reply stating that there was no need to do that and that he was not a thief. Today, i’d called **** he told me he no longer works for them and that he would try to get someone from the company to call me. They go under different names different addresses and no two stories are the same if you ever get someone to speak with. I have no working transmission, No original transmission to have rebuilt and no refund. This company is not honest, trust worthy, or worth your time!
    I cannot in good faith even give them one star, but had no option.
