    Almaz fraudulently charged ******** and my BCBS $24,240.00 for non-services dated 03/22/2024 - 10/21/2024. I never heard of these people, but obviously both of my insurance companies have, because neither of them paid. The charges are bogus, and I want you to relay my complaint to the proper authorities in the state where Almaz corporate offices are located.

    Transactions Aug 2024/sept 2024 8,280.00$Rejected by Medical Mutual Pd by ******** reason given aligate supplies ( wound care????Next day received a claim from ******** for 1,615.68$for an arm meter for continuous blood results for diabetes.i DO NOT Hav Soooooo the supplier is ..Almaz Supply Out of ny ********************************************************** I spoke to everyone from bbb **************** **** general office Ohio senior health Oh **** of insurance Senior ******** portal Called left simple message no person information to Almaz ohhhhh surprise no call bk left generic message And ******** office in ******** Found the local un satisfactory as far as the ********************** given , I dont like and have never left negative review BUT !!!! I sure am now !!!!!!!!!!!Id #************ Claim#************** Received another claim Received Notice April 4th2025 January 4th2025 2,067.48$ for a meter for arm and ***** services for wound care same company Almaz med supply says claim period's May 8th to Nov 6th2024 Soooooooo I cant even think let alone tell you anymore information!!!!!I am shocked I never thought evvvvvver that since I was 16 had original ******** Card I now have to have a new one !!!Our major cc ******* card Have been hacked also after all this I thought Id take a pill for a headache thats actually frightening I was done now pay pay tried to scam me out of 610.$Im logging out of every single thing on my ph I will not buy anything online Im getting off ******** and any social media sites I was told buy apple extra securi** is a loss n cant trust them either with information Im completely aggravated Agitated And hit the wall, Im a nice person but could hurt someone right now !!!Sorry for long explanation but. lol you asked for it sooooo here it is ** for your kindness, for your patience and understanding all of you except my.     Fraudulent billing to ******** on my insurance accounts. 05/09/24, 06/10/24, 07/10/24, 08/09/24, 09/09/24, 10/09/24, and 11/08/24 billed to insurance for each of these dates, totaling $2,606.00 for diabetic supplies. These are diabetic products and I do not have diabetes nor does anyone in my family. I have never heard of this company, never been to *************, and I am very concerned about how they got my information.******** is aware of this scam and I have reported this to their fraud department. Total billed to my insurance $2,606.00 to date.

    Approximately $10,000 of invalid claims were filed on my ******** account, of which ******** paid $6,300. I have notified ******** that I have never used the services of this company and I suspect ******** fraud.

    Continuous glucose monitor was billed through this supply company, including other supplies and none of these were ordered by my doctors. Dates range from May24-November, 2024 and August 30-October 30, 2024.I found this out through my ******** statement. Take my kids I could be built $2131.80 and additionally $515.84.

    This company is a complete and total FRAUD! They submitted SEVEN claims dated from May 8 2024 to Nov 6, 2024 and charged ******** $2606 for "equipment and supplies" which were never prescribed, never requested, never delivered. I never saw the doctor whose name they used on the prescription. ******** paid $2007 to this company. Telephone messages left on the company phone number were never answered. The owner ***** **************** *s listed as residing at the same address as the company he owns. This fraud should be prosecuted, all the money paid by ******** recovered.

    I was mailed a back brace and two arm braces unsolicited and cannot reach customer service. I believe it's a ******** scam.
