    ACTUALLY NO STARS BUT THE SYSTEM FORCED ME TO MAKE A SELECTION????? This business fraudulently charged ******** $8,280 and was paid $6,333.48 for diabetic supplies using my account. I'm Not Diabetic and certainly never ordered any diabetic supplies. I've contacted ******** two times and to this date I'm not aware that ******** has done anything to correct and collect the payment made for fraudulent claims in my name.

    This company was running a ******** Fraud Scam using my mother's information. Thankfully I was able to reach out to ******** and work with them on this fraud. Be careful!

    This is fraud against ********, in my situation I am on my third letter from them *********** I have reported them two times.. Newest letter came today wanting about $8000 for fiber gell dressings.The first time I looked up the address and there was a board over the door saying, "Permanently closed"!!I had to get a new card so today's letter has Xxxx for my card.The other scam about it is the MD named for ordering the scripts is from a local clinic in my area. So glad I could report this, thank you.

    My medical insurance company was billed but rejected payment to Almaz Medical Supply *** after ******** paid for diabetic supplies from this same company Almaz Medical Supply ***-.that I dont recognize. I use another company for my supplies that I have used for a long time. Filed a fraudulent claim with ******** dating back from May 2024!!!! Not sure how or why ******** has been paying this company but I never received any notification from ******** questioning this company. How does this happen??

    Bills sent To ******** and my insurance, for services I never had, by doctors I never heard of, and from ******** and I live in *******. ******** is looking into,,and my insurance has marked as fraudulent. Was for diabetic monitors,( not diabetic) and urinary catheters. Not me. Fraud !!
