    This company took my Deposit and didn't return it after that said the truck broke down a week later convince me to pay a next driver and still no refund the block my 2 numbers

    I book a car transportation from ******* to ******* on 26th of July with amount of 320 one of your person *********************** and paid &100 dollars advance. Same day morning he send me message that you need to pay $450 to driver for delivery. And driver came and ask $550. So I called this guy and he said we can cancel and refund the $100 in 14 days. Now he is not answering my calls.

    I was reached out to by a company going by auto haulrz when I placed a bid to ship my cars to my new home. I filled out a contract, sent a deposit of $300 via Zelle to ********************* (they are all using fake names) to get two cars shipped. The day before my vehicles were to be picked up, ***** (fake name) says I need to pay $1000 more. I say no, and that Id like a refund as he had broken the contract and agreed ***** and he then stopped answering calls, messages. I finally got through to someone else who demanded I send him a selfie to verify it was me for a refund and then made disgusting noises into the phone while asking for more pictures. He said they will not refund me because his boss died in the mountains in *********. They lied about being Auto Haulrz and are actually Eden ********************** and when I googled the real company- I saw they had done the same thing to plenty other people. I would like my $300 back, and for them to be reviewed - it looks like they arent stopping their stealing and scamming anytime soon. Thank you!

    I paid this company to deliver a vehicle $250.They lied and sent it to another company that charged me an additional $450

    I hired Eden Transport Solutions to ship a motorcycle from ******** to *******. They informed me they had a truck coming 3/16/23.No truck appeared. On 3/17/23 I got a call from **** increasing the price $150. A confused trucker who said **** was screwed up called me shortly after **** raised the rate and said **** contacted hime but he was going to ********** and not *******. **** promised to return my deposit if the motorcycle was not picked up. They will not accept my calls.

    Its not the amount of money. Its the principle. den Transport assured me they had a driver to pick up my **** As I was in semi-tractor trailer myself which it would have been convenient to use a transport service to deliver to my home *********************************************************************. The dealership in ******* **** confirmed no transport company called or arrived. I had requested a refund after I felt this man that represented as a broker and company was a ********. In our text message a repeatedly requested for a refund as he lied and didnt have a driver. I then received a text stating they arrived which was a lie. I requested a phone call. No reply. I sent the funds through Zelle. However the company then requested my bank account information which of course I did not give. The information I sent was my phone number and email address so he could send me the money he stated would refund through Zelle. If you supporting documents that can be provided if what is enclosed isnt sufficient. Thank you for taking the time out of your busy schedule.
