    If I. Oils give -1 stars I would. I paid the company money and they never picked up my car and never refunded my money. The company commits fraud and does not inform the customer about anything and does not answer emails or questions.

    This company left out information and details and said they would issue a refund and will not. Customer service is trash and disrespectful.

    *********************** was wonderful in getting me in contact with my transporter. He was the only person who would say in touch and make sure my experience was good. Because of ******, I would recommend eden transport solutions to anyone!

    I contacted this company to have my vehicle transported from **-ga using this company and they agreed to pick up my vehicle but never did. The night of the pick up they told me a driver truck broke down by the name of ****** and that he couldnt pick up my vehicle on the day we agree upon. I told them okay thats fine but I need my $120 first payment back because the service wasnt able to be done in the time we agreed upon. They havent gave me my money back .. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE

    DO NOT use this company!!! Liar, liar, liar!!! They would give you a very low quote, and tell you that the driver will pick up your car on a certain day. Then right before the scheduled pickup day, they will call you and hike up the price. I first booked the pickup with Eden **************************** they charged me the deposit. Right before the pickup day, they told me that I had to pay more in order to have a driver. First I asked them to cancel the contract and refund my money which they did. But then I was in contact with the their agent again, and *** was swearing and made promises that a driver will show up the very next day if I pay just a couple of hundreds more. I was in a hurry to ship the car, so I took up the offer, and agreed to a higher cost contract. However, I waited the whole day, no driver ever showed up. Then Eden *************************** was saying they could find me another driver for a week later. I immediately demanded refund of my deposit, and cancelled my contract with them. Guess what? They refunded me $5 less of my original deposit, saying it was for the fee?? I don't really care about that $5, but I can't believe that a company would go this low to cheat money out their customer. I have all the text messages, emails and phone records, I will turn these over to the BBB. A liar cheating company like Eden *************************** Solutions shouldn't be even in business. Be aware of this company, if you don't want to waste your time and ******************'t make the mistakes like I did.

    I had a great experience with having my car shipped from *******, ** to ********** **. My car was picked up around 5pm on Thursday and was in *****, ** on Monday morning at 10:30.
