  When I signed up I was asked for my bank routing number and a debit card number. Supposedly, I gave them I wrong routing number, but the gym still had my debit card number, which was, apparently, not good enough for them. So they supposedly attempted to charge me through my routing number, and when that didn't go through they waited for billing date to expire before they used the debit card number. Why would they not use the debit card number immediately if (supposedly) the routing number was wrong?

  New Years Eve, December 31, ********************** I AM Not Allowed In. Okay.I have spent most of my membership there avoiding them, angry and quiet after each and every attack. They need to be fired.**** took pictures of me in the locker room repeatedly to report to her managers. She stayed in the female bathroom stall the entire time of my time in the bathroom area to spy on me. This has happened so many times with her not actually peeing or pooping, wiping or washing her hands. She says she is cleaning and this isn't true. She bad mouths paying guests with cure words to other guests to clear her name for her not cleaning the area. She has guys do her work or the new girl, after leaving us with hair in the shower, no toilet paper, filled garbage cans for weeks, no soap and papers all over the place. She is a thug getting paid to steal my coats and jackets on Thanksgiving and Christmas and she called me "CrazY"!***a gaslights and caused new, good male staff to quit immediately. She makes her staff look bad and caused some old, good male employees to quit.***a is a thief and I have reported her to police a few times.The two female managers have spied on us in the bathroom, many times, causing females to leave the club permanently. They put *** up to her no good ways and , or knew about it and keeping **** on to torment, attack and harass me and another person I know well.I hate Planet Fitness. I will leave when I can. They have city violations against them and have gone out of their way to cause duress. I have gone out of my way to go in early and leave the ** never enjoying it and not passing on good word of mouth. I tell tourists to go to Equinox.****, the managers, female employee there since at least September 2023 are Horrible. They pretend to laugh and have fun on camera to mask what they are doing. The new female employee I feel bad for as they make her do it all and they talk bad when they are the bad ones lifting themselves LOL.

  **********************************-Planet Fitness. They charged my card $25 dollars for 2 months and the third month $51 dollars in addition to $10 dollars after I spoke with the manager who supposedly credited my account. They asked for a secondary form of payment in addition to the original form of payment I authorized to charge monthly upon signing up. Instead they charged the secondary card to which they stated was incorrect (number off) and then proceeded to charge my original form of payment late fees. Highly disgusted how they handle the situation. They are not transparent about how they operate!!

  This gym is the worst on this planet.I have reached to the manager and the staff so many times but nothing helps, even left a review on ****** but still no use.During the summer time there is no AC in the gym and they keep the doors open.Once the equipment gets broken its never fixed specially treadmills which are broken for more than a year now and when you ask how long its gonna take to fix them, their answer is always the same that they're waiting for the parts to arrive which i guess are coming from MARS.Stay away unless you're broken like me and can't afford a better gym.

  This location is actively committing fraud, I have contacted the ******** *************** regarding this matter. Debit and credit information is being used fraudulently without permission and they are refusing to cancel accounts. The owners are not at all responsive to these complaints and are actively participating in fraudulent activity.
