    This is the worst company ever. They sold me a 100% refundable package but refused to give me a refund when my dog could get groomed.

    Totally unprofessional company.....after performing a service they damaged my property and kept driving away....when I was finally able to get someone on the phone they said there is nothing they can do. I said I will never use your service and lady said she doesn't care. They only care about profits and NOT you pets or property.DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

    If I could give less than 1 star I would. I have been trying unsuccessfully to get in touch with this company and pay them since they said they never received payment from the bank card I used to pay for the service. However, when I contacted my bank they have no record of the transaction at all. Subsequently, my account has been deactivated with them. I can't get in touch with anyone who will take payment, but they say they are escalating and threatening legal action. What type of ************* runs like this
