    I have two packages that were supposed to be delivered. They said they were out for delivery on Sunday, November 17, 2024. These packages come from two different companies. Last month I had two packages delivered to my house from one of these two companies already, the driver informed me that she recognized my house. Shes been here before whenever. We have an unfortunate circumstance of a company using On Trac for shipping. My package wasnt delivered on Sunday and then on Monday when I looked, it said that one of my packages they sent to ******** even though it was out for delivery the day before it suddenly ended up in ******** the next morning. This is the company that I ordered from twice last month and they delivered it. The second package Has been out for delivery since Sunday and all day on Monday until the end of the day. they send me a notification that they need to verify my address or delivery instructions. They werent very clear which for the last three or four years weve had nothing but trouble with On Trac . I have filed a complaint before my profile with them. Has specific location to drop off my package. Nothing has changed. They have no customer service they make you fill out a form. You cant talk to a single person. I cant even find the address and it says that theres a local warehouse in ************, ********, which would be 45 minutes from where I live, but theres no record of it when I look it up, so I dont know even how to get that local address. As of today they still have an updated my package. It still says its on hold and out for delivery at the same time. Today is November 19, 2024. Weve had multiple problems with them saying theyve delivered package packages and per policy. Theyre supposed to take a picture but they dont. And then you can never get your package and they take no responsibility. They make you call the place that you ordered from. They have really poor service and no way to talk to a agent to solve the issue!

    I placed an order that uses OnTrac as their delivery service. My package was sent and while the tracking number stated that it was delivered I never received anything. I contact the shipper, they sent out another package and again, my package was no where to be found although the tracking number states it was delivered.I contacted OnTrac and all they keep telling me is that the system states that it was delivered and that concluded their investigation. I know what the system said, but I looked everywhere and I don't have either of my packages. OnTrac is not being helpful or in my opinion taking this seriously! I needed those packages and they were delivered. I am frustrated and anger. I cannot find a number to speak to someone and the email I have received do not take my situation with any seriousness. I can provide those emails if you would like, but I would like to file a formal complaint. Their business practices are not acceptable when two packages are sent and NO packages are delivered.Thank you,*******

    I received the message below via email by filing a complaint. I am home all day and have no received any packages. This is theft and are holding me responsible for a missing package. I would like to talk to the director. Your employee is stealing packages, everyday this package stated it was going to be delivered since august 22nd. And nothing and today claims delivered. Where. Why wasnt my doorbell rung, where did you leave it?******************************* Thank you for your inquiry regarding ***************. Our records indicate that your package was delivered.
