    This company hires people who can’t read English or just do not care. I left my apartment number for them to deliver my package to. They disregarded it and left it in front of the mailboxes. That is a PUBLIC area. My package was then stolen. I contacted the company I purchased from and they resent it sadly with ON TRAC as the carrier. Today, ON TRAC again delivers it outside of the mailboxes. This is unprofessional as it has an apartment number for a reason. They buzzed the intercom to be let in, so they knew people were home. They have even taken pictures as proof of “delivery” which shows at the mailboxes. This is ridiculous and companies should NEVER use they. They are losing money because they have to constantly reship or refund containers due to ON TRAC having unprofessional carrier people.

    Got text in the morning that my package was delivered the night before no package at my door and no package in lobby contacted company which you can only do online they state package was delivered.No pictures for proof and they said they cant help me.Are you serious!!! Why are the thieves allowed to work without any oversight Im confused.I guess they all work together stealing peoples packages. Do not shop at stores that use this company and Im surprised BBB has not tried to shut this business down!

    This service is a joke. They claimed my package was delivered and it was not. My cameras on my home never picked up any delivery person or vehicle on the day in question. I believe these drivers are stealing from people and its not right. I have lodged complaints with the business I purchased $300 worth of items with and also lodged a complaint with OnTrac and they acted like it was no big deal. I am grateful I have cameras to catch their dishonesty.
