      I haven’t had the best experience with Premiere Home Pros. I feel like I was baited and switched from the seller. The company couldn’t fix a simple caulking leak and had to return 3x’s for that issue. The fourth time a new door was the remedy. No longer leaks , however when ordered I was told it would be a towel bar/pull combo. Either it was installed incorrectly or ordered incorrectly because it’s vertical handle that doesn’t hold towels. Overall the experience with PHP has been very frustrating and tiring. Lack of respect with no value of customers time. (4hrs late on service appts) I’ve posted a google review, PHP seen the review and said sorry I felt they way I did. I just want what I paid for and want to be done with this company.

We have delivered every item we contractually agreed to, and will continue to service you every time you call. We have been out to your property multiple times to try to do everything in our power to make you happy. We will continue to do so moving forward, as you have a lifetime warranty that we always will stand behind, as was the case with your door that we replaced free of charge once we found it was faulty.

      Good day Mr ******** 
      Technically every item has not been committed/delivered. My new door that was contractually the company’s responsibility to replace, since it was faulty and the job was never complete to begin with (leak), is not correctly ordered or installed. I have messages with Matt install manager that I order towel bar/pull combo. This new door is not set up like so. So yes I would like to discuss this further next steps as I’ve already reached out, and have had no response.
