Revitalizing two baths (mster and guest). First vanities delivered too big- lousy measuring - remeasured and reordered vanities. BUT they tore out my master bath before realizing it. New vanities arrived. Master vanity still oversized. They cut into the side sheetrock and forced the vanity back as far as it could go. It was still 1.5" short of the back wall, but they told me the back wall was "BOWED." Additionally, the faucet was not tightened. The vanity was so designed that you had to install the faucet onto the stone bowl section and tighten it down BEFORE installing it!!! The didn't and you can't reach the nuts to tighten them down. The guest bath was better installed. However, the stone left and ritght sides of the bowl top were not installed. The stripped the tp of the sheetrock leaving it "white" so at first glance you didn't notice that the stone sides of the vanity top were missing - as to leave water running freely to either side into the drywall. They did a lousy job of centering the medicine cabinets, but compared to all the rest, I can live with that. Following the install I was sick for about 11 days and unable to properly access the damage. I have called every week since then and the have NEVER RETURNED a call - per my Caller ID and answering machinePremier Home Pros, LLC

Great experience with ****** *** and **** *******. ****** sold me on it. **** did fantastic work converting my garden tub into a huge walk-in shower. His craftsmanship is outstanding.
