      They have advertised in front of the fountain drinks, if you buy a polar pop ,you can purchase a bag of Andy Capps, or a slim jim for $1. I brought a bag of Andy Capps and a polar pop to the counter, and it rang up for much more than it should. I showed the clerk the advertisement posted in their store, and even after calling the manager, they wouldn't honor the price until tomorrow.

      I recently got an Easy Pay card from Circle K and linked it to an account we have since closed. Since I was not often the one to purchase fuel, unfortunately the following purchase was made:
      "$29.76 Transaction receipt for your purchase on Oct 22 2024 at 4:30PM CIRCLE K #******* *** ***** ******* ****** ********, ** **********... Easy Pay program, account (********) for your purchases at Circle K - ***** ****** ******* ** *** ***** ******* ****** ** ********... The transaction should post to your bank account within the next three (3) business days."
      Upon arriving home, I immediately expressed concern to my husband that the bank account had been closed. However, we couldn't reach Circle K offices until the next morning. The Circle K representative said the amount of the purchase was paid and there is no problem. I replied, "There's no way it could have already been paid because the bank account has been closed. I am calling to change my payment method." The change was made, and the representative said everything looked good.
      However, shortly thereafter we received notice from a collection agency that, in addition to the amount of the original transaction ($29.76), we were now also required to pay a fee of $30. Because of the threat of additional fees if not paid immediately, we paid $59.76 online to CHECKREDI OF ********.
      Our complaint is that we were not given any indication that there was a problem with our payment of the initial amount prior to the bill being sent to collections. The amount of the fee greatly exceeds anything we might have saved by purchasing our fuel from Circle K over the past two years. Therefore, we are requesting reimbursement of that fee either in the form of a check or as a credit to our Easy Pay debit account whichever you prefer. If you are unwilling to be reasonable and grant us this courtesy, we will take our business elsewhere from now on.

She was very kind and understanding, apologetic, authorized, and determined to make things right with us. This she did so by authorizing ******, the Manager of the ******* ****** Circle K store to disperse the settlement of $59.76 to us at our 10 a.m. meeting there at the store.

      I went to purchase gas and have it loaded in a prepaid card the cashier slid my card 3 times taking a total of 150 dollars and none of that money loaded on the gas card. The cashier insured me that my money would be back in 10 mins which it did not we are going in 2 weeks with my bank being involved too with no return of the money. The manger of the store keeps saying she has to call security which has nothing to do with refunds. I would like the cameras pulled and see where my money went the manger says my bank has it and my bank says no that business took thay money and has it. My bank account is overdrawn because of this that was bill money. The manger won't now answer my calls and if she does she just tells me it's not her problem it's my banks. She is completely unprofessional I have all the recipets from every transaction and it came out of bank account instantly so they have the funds not me or the bank. I 2ant an explanation on why my money is being held and I'm treated like I'm the one in the wrong when it is thier cashier

      I filled my gas tank at Circle K Gas Station and the charge was $46.00. This charge was posted on my via care on 6/20/24, see credit card statement labeled "A". My truck ran rough so I took it into my dealer for service. I was contacted by a diagnostician and was told there was water mixed with the gas. The dealership provided me with a sample of the contaminated gas. The cost of the repair was $1.78.34. See dealership bill **** ******* ***** from the Auditors Office, Dept of Weights and Measures called me after I filled a complaint. He sent out one of his teams and they found that yes, there was water int he Circle K. tank! See page "C".

      Signed up for the legal contract of the circle K rewards program did in bowling green Ohio. Was nit issued the .25 cents off on my first fill up after entering my phone number paid 29.22 at the pump spoke to a supervisor who said there is nothing he can do about it

      I came to the Circle k *** Pearl Rd, ********** ** ***** On 6/1/2024 at 1:45 am transaction number #****** Employee# ******* (*******) presented my phone to said cashier and she scanned the paypal app according and I then gave her $153.95 which $150.00 was to be added to my paypal account and $3.95 was to be a service fee as of June 3rd 2024 the money has still not reach my account I am asking for my refund and compensation for stress and aggravation this problem has occurred no one seems to care and has done nothing but pass the buck and its very wrong.

      Circle K District Manager contacted customer on 6/5/24 with follow up information provided by national account vendor InComm to confirm the transaction was successfully processed on our end.  Customer stated he received confirmation from PayPal on 6/4/24 that the funds ($150.00) were loaded into his account on 6/4/24.  Customer provided copy of the confirmation from PayPal (attached).  PayPal provided no explanation as to why it took almost 4 days for the funds to be deposited into the customer's account.  Customer stated PayPal informed him that it could take up to 90 days to resolve.  Circle K District Manager forwarded information to our account vendor - InComm to inform them of the dispute and the delayed fund transfer on PayPal's behalf.  Additionally, Circle K is sending customer a $50 gift card via UPS for the inconvenience this has caused.  Circle K District Manager will follow up with store team to ensure customer service protocols are in place.  Circle K employee processed the transaction correctly.  We are unclear as to why the fund transfer was delayed on behalf of PayPal.  Customer has been credited funds due from PayPal.

      On 02/14/2024 at around 10:00 am my husband purchased gas at a Circle K gas station, he decided he wanted a car wash and paid for it, when he went around to the front of the car wash the door would not open, he spoke to the manager who's name is *******, she went out to reset the car wash and he was able to get the car wash, but when his truck got to the end of the car wash the exit door wouldn't open, he saw a button to open the exit door and pushed it, the door opened, but in the process scraped the front end of our truck and damaged it, he immediately went to *******, the manager, she took pictures and set up a ticket with Circle K claims dept. He did not file a police report, ******* told him the car wash breaks down a lot and made him feel they were going to take responsibility for the damage, ******* then said we would hear from their claims people within a couple of days. 3 days later I went and spoke to ******* because we hadn't heard from anyone, she then gave me a number for customer service, I called them and left a message and then they called my husband about the claim. I just received an e-mail from ************************ stating they were finished with the investigation and are not liable for the damage caused by the car wash.

      Circle K has been running a bait and switch ad on **** Vape Products for months. They have a sign in every store staying if you buy 2 four packs you get $8 off. EVERY TIME I have gone in to the store for the last 6 months I have had to argue with someone to get the $8 off. Often leaving without the product. Many times they "honored" it. I was in a few days ago and they were not going to honor it...but the one cashier said "we need to take the sign down if the sale is over" and honored it. I went in today and the sign was still up and they would not honor it. They actually had wrote a note by the register saying not to honor it and the sign is still up. That is bait and switch and I will report it to as many people as I can think of if I do not get store credit to compensate me for the many times I have gone in and been embarrassed in front of other customers having to argue for something that is CLEARLY SHOWN as a SALE and then not even GET the product.

      On October 19th I went to circle k on state route 14 in ***********, ** The employee behind the automated register. While attempting to check out I asked for help, she said no if you can operate the gas pump you can pay for it on there, if you dont like it move to CanadaA male customer in line found that amusing, the employee behind the counter and male customer began ganging up on me with him saying stop ******** the employee also continued by saying this was the best job ever because I stand around all dayShe then sent another customer out to me to inform me I was ten cents short. I went back into the store and requested my money back. I found her behavior threatening when she began engaging other customers.I have contacted their regional and corporate offices with no response.

      ****** apologized to the customer on how the transaction was handled by our employee, he assured her this will be investigated and handled with HR.

      Customer (***********************) was satisfied with ******'s discussion.

      In addition Regional Director of Operations has also contacted the customer (***********************) to follow up, the customer did not answer and a voicemail was left but she has not returned the call yet.

      HR, ***************** (Director of Operations) and area supervisor ************************* have started an investigation once we were notified, Please let me know if you need any other information.

      Whenever I get gas at Circle K stores (********* and ********* **) and use my debit card at the pumps, the amount is DOUBLE HELD in my account. This is not ok.

      Examples are:
      *********: 4/14/23 $35.01
      *********: 9/6/23 $30.04

      I have bank history screenshots (attached/uploaded images) of BOTH of these held "pending" transactions.
