Energy Harbor has been very good with communications since I agreed on a contract with them. They confirmed the contract with an email and PPL notified me when their service would start.

If i couId give zero stars or a F-----------, I would and I agree with the countless many that this company is a JOKE and a SCAM, i realized my bill kept increasing so i went online to see why and i see these ****** on my bill when i never authorized the switch and this **** of we sent a letter for you to decline is **** because i never received anything from this conpany and how its legal for them to just add their self onto someones **** is ridiculous. And since i called in the middle of a cycle they are telling me that cycle doesn't count as a cycle. I think the ones of us who have been scammed by this company need to come together and do something about it cause its ridiculous they just get to take advantage of people and nothing is done about it! Im going to do some research and speak with some lawyer friends of mine to see what can be done cause this company is nothing but a joke and scams people daily without their permission or knowledge!Energy Harbor, LLC
