      I am 4’10 tall. On Monday, May 29, I went to Acme grocery store in Fairlawn Ohio at 5:15 PM to buy groceries. I went up to the customer service counter. Explain to the tall white guy then I will be in the frozen foods for Stouffer’s foods and not the pizza and make sure I can reach the food items. I asked the gentleman then I will be at the frozen foods area in 20 minutes and then I went on to doing my grocery shopping. When I went down the aisle for the Stouffer‘s frozen foods I was not able to reach the frozen food dinners like the stuffed green peppers because it was all the way in on the top shelf in the back. So I went up to the customer service desk, and I spoke to a woman and ask her to make sure it in 10 minutes. They have the food items that I requested to be moved up front to where I can reach it. After about 10 minutes no one went over to pull the food to where I can reach it. It was in the same place before I went up to the customer service desk. I went up to the customer service desk. The woman said they are short staffed, and that is unacceptable when they’ve had people walk in the stores. I asked the woman at the customer service desk to get someone to move the food forwards so I can reach it. After 10 minutes no one move the food. I went back to the customer service desk and she said someone did go out there to move the food. I told the customer service woman that person she called is a liar. I gave her one more chance to have someone at the frozen foods for Stouffer‘s. I went over to the frozen food. Dinners employee comes out and she said I pulled the pizzas forward which is in a different aisle. So she went up and got the food that I asked for which is the stuffed green peppers.
      Then on Wednesday the 31st I spoke to Garrett who is the first assistant manager. I explained this to him of what happened and he did not seem to care. The only time I go grocery shopping at Acme. Is at 5:30 pm after work.

      June 9, 8 a.m., ************************************. Went there solely to buy ************ Detergent that was advertised - Buy 2 - Get 3 Free. NOT 1 PACKAGE AVAILABLE.June 9, 5 p.m., *********/Green Acme. Went to pick up an order for Fried Chicken at 5:15 p.m. Wanted to buy the ************ that was advertised N. ****** did not have earlier that day.Same thing - NOT 1 PACKAGE AVAILABLE?June 10, 9:58 a.m. *********/Green Acme. Tried to buy ************ Detergent again. Still - NOT 1 PACKAGE AVAILABLE?Out-of-stock on an Advertised Special after 2 days.......Ridiculous & Annoying, to say the least!

       I am rejecting this response because: Acme's response was untrue and unacceptable! At this point, drop this complaint. It's I said, they said. So, forget it it, what I say is a mute point and irrelevant! Thank you!
