      I could not find the acme store for ************ Where I purchased my item at only this one on ******* Store On The BBB site . But I went to purchase a carrot cake roll for $6.99 it was on sale for $3.50 off with your acme card The original price was $10.50 Before the sale Went to the checkout and it rang up full price If I had bought multiple items I would have never noticed that they charged me full price for an item that was on sale in the middle of the sales period from April ***** to April 9th 2025 The cashier had to look at the ad that was at her desk berified that it was on sale And did ring it out at the right price but never got a manager or made any effort to make Sure the product was on sale on the company's computer so other people weren't being overcharged for their cake . This isn't the first time that I've caught this company doing this I know mistakes happen but they should be corrected

      BE AWARE!!! I went to the pharmacy on ************ in *********** to retrieve my prescription, I asked if I could pick up my prescription at a later date and I was met with disrespect and a huge argument. Based on a previous call and the way I was treated, I mentioned that I may transfer my prescription. All the focus was on me saying I may transfer instead of answering my simple question. After the debacle the manager stated, I could no longer fill my prescriptions there. As if that would cause me detriment! The only reason I switched to that location is because I pick up my moms prescriptions. They were very distasteful in their behavior and truly brought the worst out of me. I have never lashed out at an employee on their job or anywhere else for that matter and I hope to never have an experience like this ever again!!! In my humble opinion, Acme pharmacy has the worst employees and even worse management . They should all be fired. No respect for their customers and very argumentative . Shows no professionalism at all. I called the corporate customer care number and left a message and never received a call back. I might add I did speak to the manager ***** and he understood my concern and assured me that he would be speaking to the rude employee that not only argued with me back in forth in front her supervisor or manager but in front of the store manager ***** as well. I do plan to take this up with corporate. If they did this to me, I am quite positive they have done this to others.

      1) many products on shelves are past expiration date. 2) Today 12/15/24, I brought to customer service advertised sale tickets that were expired over 1 week ago. This is deceiving and trickery. If I would have not reviewed my receipt before leaving I would have not noticed that those sales prices were not reflected, because they expired 10+ days ago. This was the case with 20+ items through our the store.

      I give zero stars. Four times now since Thanksgiving it appears Acme has been in violation of Ohio Revised Code section 4165, deceptive trade practices. They deceive their customers in their pricing. They advertise one price or put a price on the shelf but when you check out you are charged a higher price. I'm sick and tired of it. In my humble opinion that is stealing. According to social media Acme has a poor reputation. I understand why and I always refer others to a competitor of Acme which I have never had a problem.

      Acme should close some stores and consolidate the few good workers they still have left. Maybe then "quick checkout friendly service" wouldnt be a BLANTANT DECEPTION. Poorly stocked shelves at most any hour of the day,dull eyed slack jawed employees talking and looking at phones! No more.Negative 2 stars.

      I shop at the Acme Fresh Market on Whipple Ave in Canton ohio regularly. Today no cashiers lines were open; but there was one cashier at a register with her light off. I asked if her register was open to which she replied sarcastically "Obviously I'm Not Open As Evidenced By The Fact My Light is Off!!!" She then stormed away still being ******. That left a bad taste in my mouth. I didn't get her name, but she was middle-aged with short Grey hair and large glasses. If I could see an photo list of employees I identify her immediately. I don't care what kind of a day she had--She is still representing her company to the public!!

      Totally done with this store. This is the third time they offered a item buy one get two or buy two get three an they have none. I went on Saturday they were out, but was told they had another item on sale I could buy. I said I wanted the sale item an was told to come back Sunday as they were getting more. I went in on Sunday they had none an was told to come back later, which I did an still no items. Told to come in Monday an still nothing. When I talked to the Manager all I got was double talk and it was someone else fault. With the price of gas, I can't keep running around. They run a add and when it starts as a lead item they have none.
