  I brought a car in 2021 that clearly states that I owed $****** on final receipt of purchase. I am over that amount but they said I owed another 7000 dollars due to Interest, I asked them why aren't these charges on my receipt at purchase. The book value is ***** I already paid over ***** which is the price on the receipt. I said if the car was 28, 000 why not put that on my final receipt. They brought out a paper that said 130 payments In a hidden clause of ****** biweekly, I asked then why would you write on final receipt total owed ****** dollars in total. that is like giving a extra 7000 which would make the car ***** with no proof because the purchase receipt says Im paying ****** dollars. Why not add that hidden clause and put the real price on my purchase receipt. If the 2015 ***** equinox says on final purchase receipt I paying ******. What proof do I have for tax purposes that im really paying 7000 extra. I thought I was purchasing a car for ******. Why because thats what they wrote on the receipt. This is crazy to me. Why give me a receipt I cant use because its not the real price. I have no proof on record that state this car is ******. How is a clause in the contract of 7000 but not on the receipt. Please tell me how this works. The receipt of purchase if what the price is supposed to be. This is just like giving them 7000 undocumented under the table because the receipts that we use for proof of payment says I paid ****** Please explain this to me and why they dont have that on the receipt of purchase. 7000 is a lot of money to pay and dont have nothing to show for it. Especially on the main part of the deal the receipt says nothing about these charges

  I purchased a vehicle from JB Byrider, and I extended warranty, my vehicle broke down with transmission issues which they took care of, now my vehicle needs and engine. Byrider gave me a shop to take it to which I did. Then they send the shop a broken engine and said I have to pay for the parts that were damaged.The auto Mechanic says he can’t install it, and they send another broken engine that the mechanic can’t repair. The Auto Shop wants to purchase an engine that they know is not damaged, Byrider wants to purchase a third engine before they will allow the the auto shop to purchase one that they know is not be damaged. My car has been in the shop for months !! Never purchased from JD Byrider this company is horrible, plus they won’t answer my calls, I have to contact the auto mechanic to find out Any information regarding my vehicle. Totally a waste of my time and money. Now I have to hire an attorney to find out what’s going on with purchasing these damaged parts and not doing what I paided them to do, which fix my car in a timely manner.

  I had a terrible experience at this dealership. I urgently needed a vehicle before work, so on June 7, 2024, I purchased a 2013 ********** Jetta SE. The initial price of the car was $11,988, and I was approved with a $2,500 deferred down payment, plus $500 paid the same day. I also opted for a service plan costing $2,695, bringing the annual total to $13,540.The biggest issue is the outrageous 25.4% interest rate I received. This means I will end up paying a total of $23,067 for a vehicle that is only valued at around $3,000. I feel like I was taken advantage of due to my urgent need for a car. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone.

  Don't get a car there repoed my car two days late on payment got paid Friday came and got it Wednesday ignorant people only had it couple months but they make there money then sell it back to some other a****** don't be dumb

  ently working on improving that score to attain a home and a better interest rate on my car loan. But that doesn’t mean I should be paying 24.99% interest on a car that isn’t even valued at half that! I am paying $5,435 with the interest rate on that. Which means, a car valued at 6-7k will have a total loan value of almost $20,000. They take advantage of the low income individuals by promising them a running vehicle and you can get the warranty but every single person there will argue and try to prevent your warranty from being respected and your parts being replaced. I had to get in contact of the regional service manager to even get my car “looked” at from the cylinder block being damage during a maintenance part replacement. Then when the car was brought in, and **** (service manager of Mansfield location) looked at it took a couple pictures, and let me keep driving this car with this temporary repair in its unsafe condition. Or pay us an exuberant amount to have your cylinder block replaced through us. Not covered by warranty. Let alone the fact that I bought the car with a driver side airbag light on, which I indicated in the signing of my contract, to which they had me sign a paper stating that the airbags were in working condition and didn’t even get my drivers side airbag working for 2 months following my contract start date. Which seems quite illegal in of itself. If I’d have anything to say about this company it would be “avoid them at all costs”.

  This place is a scam. My husband passed away on June 24th. Called them a couple of days later to get the payoff amount for the car. The lady was rude and asked who was responsible for the payments now. Then said she needed to make certain that he passed. Also they had no problem talking to me then and had even stated that I was a person they where allowed to give information to. Cue to me calling back on Aug. 9th to once again get the payoff amount. Was told this time since I never signed anything they could not talk to me. The lady was rude when I told her if that was the case then I had no reason to tell them where the car is sitting since they are wanting to repo it. And they have a clause in the contract stating that if you die you break the contract and will not help you when you reach out to them. Also have a friend that had 2 cars repo from them but they had no problem to still take out the automatic payments every other week. I would not recommand this company to my worse nightmare

  There need to be a"0" rating in the service department. I've had my car in several times in the year and a half I've had it. You schedule an appointment which can take up to a month to get in. There are always cars in front of your car. I dropped mine off at 8a called at 3:30 still not in. Didn't call saying they're keeping it. This place is a joke!!!! My payment in time every month yet can't fix my car right or a timely manner. I will never get a car from them again!!!! It's not the amount that upsets me it's the service department. If your car are good running cars why are there so many on the lot daily to be fixed?!!! Stay away

  Place is a huge scam from the beginning. Theyre all liars and thieves. I had my car repaired there and it was completely ransacked and everything was gone. Theyll lead you on to believe one thing but the fine print says the exact opposite. These ppl are money hungry scum bags. Absolutely do not recommend.

  22% finance charge for a 2017 car with a crdit score over 700 with 1500 down. The vehicle was also ****** mile. Price gaulging. I really should have went else where. But ****** learned will never do business with them again.
