    ****** Property Services did a great job on my expanding my driveway, cleaning up old railroad ties and leveling out my property!! They completed the job on time and were flexible about adding on additional requests. I would definitely recommend them.

    My experience working with ****** was excellent. Probably the best and smoothest home improvement project I've ever had done. **** personally provided ideas to make the new driveway project even better. He and his crew were reliable, friendly, helpful, completely on schedule, and did a beautiful job. I highly recommend!

    FIVE STARS! Recently my wife and I reached out to Jakes for some landscaping work. We could not be more please with the whole process. The prices were very reasonable, your ability to fit us into the schedule was great, the work was thorough, and the workers very professional and respectful of the surroundings. This is not the first time we've used Jakes and would highly recommend them to anyone.

    Excellent, family owned company that does great work. We had Jake's Property Services out to do complete redo of our outdoor riding arena and to help us fix a bunch of drainage issues. From quote to finish, Jake and his crew were very professional, helpful and did an excellent job. They got the work done very quickly, answered all our questions, provided helpful suggestions and we could not be happier with the outcome. They worked with us on the budget, helping us minimize costs where we could. They were a Ten out of Ten. If you have work that you need done, this is the team to work with.

    Ordered a half cord of firewood through FB marketplace and was very satisfied with the cost, turn time of delivery, very neat stacking and quality of the wood delivered within the next business day. Would definitely recommend using Jake's Property Services to all and I'll definitely use their service again.
