    So pleased with Jake's Property Services! We recently had a driveway rebuilt with gravel. Jake's did it right! This is the second driveway we've had done by Jake's and it looks great and they solved the problem we were having with the gravel just washing away with the rain. Nice smooth ride up the driveway now! Thanks Jake's!

    I've had Jake's Property Services out to my property a couple of times now for French drain installation, burying my downspouts, final grade/ seeding, gravel work to my driveway and to also plant some trees.
    Simply put -
    I cannot recommend Jake's Property Services highly enough! From start to finish, their professionalism, expertise, and dedication to getting the job done right were evident.
    Firstly, their communication was outstanding. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, they kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that I was always in the loop and comfortable with the progress.
    The quality of their work exceeded my expectations. The team arrived on time and executed the excavation with precision and efficiency. They took great care to minimize any disruption to the surrounding area and left the site immaculately clean upon final grade and seeding.
    Moreover, the staff demonstrated extensive knowledge and skill in their field. They were able to navigate challenges seamlessly and offered innovative solutions to ensure the project's success.
    Overall, my experience with Jake's Property Services was exceptional. If you're in need of excavation or general property services, look no further. Their professionalism, expertise, and commitment to excellence make them the top choice in the industry.

    Did a concrete driveway expansion and Jakes did a wonderful job. The work crew was polite and professional. And the finished product is top notch. I will be contacting them for my next project. And best of all the prices are VERY good

    We’ve had a GREAT experience with Jake’s so far. Very competitive pricing, super responsive, and thoughtful in how they approached our driveway / site work project. The site needed a driveway that followed the natural curves of the land, and also a small berm along the side to block house and traffic views. It’s even better looking than expected. They also removed a large tree and re-graded a few high spots. They were able to get the house and barn pads cleared ahead of the weather so we can jump right into foundations when we get a good week.
    Highly recommended!!!
