    Devin the service department "manager" has no ability to accept fault when mistakes are made. I had my Jeep wrangler in to have something installed. My complaint is because I was not communicated with AT ALL during the process except for a text message when my vehicle was checked in letting me know that if I needed anything to text that number. The repair started around 9am and was promised between 2:00-3:00. I text at 12:30 to see if they still thought it would be done on time and did not receive a response to that message until after I went to the dealership in person. Where I did not get a response from the text message I called the dealership around 2:00 and it took me over 45 minutes to even get connected to someone who did not know what was going on with my car in any way. I finally spoke to Travis my "advisor" who nonchalantly told me they would call me tomorrow to let me know when it was done. After his list of excuses which were not my problem settled on they would get me a rental IF it could not be completed by the end of the day. At 4:15 I had STILL not had any communication (I love 30 minutes away and they close at 5). So again I spend almost 1/2 hour trying to get a hold of someone. Who told me a rental was available and HAD been, but no one had told me. Devin as unprofessional as ever could not understand why I would be frustrated in anyway. When I picked up the rental I noticed my car was outside, so I asked the rental guy if it was done. He said he did not know, and to take the rental. After I got 5 minutes away I got a text message that my car was in fact DONE! So I text back "You have to be FU$%ING Kidding me I was just there and asked". SO I turned around and took the rental back to get my car. I paid $300 more than I was quoted, grabbed my car, and within the first mile realized the heat was stuck on full blast. Called Devin was rude dismissive and unprofessional. I reached out to the owner and still have not received a response.

    As this customer stated in his review, he was dropping f-bombs in our dealership and over phone communication. He was completely disrespectful to our staff. We do not tolerate people speaking like to our staff or in front of other customers. Nonetheless, we completed his repair the same day. Our owner has responded to his statements via email.

    The first Repair, in April 2023, we brought it in for a wheel bearing and said we believed it to be the Right Front and asked them to replace it and check the rest. we drove out of the Dealer lot only to hear the front Right wheel bearing grinding! called immediately only to get told we have to bring it back another day, we brought it back and They billed us a second time for finally changing the bearing we asked for the first time, I never saw the old parts and gave them the benefit of the doubt this time. I had them repair my A/C, when we picked up our car it was overheating within an hour and blowing Hot air from the A/C. We immediately Drove back to the Dealership, They had it another 4days called us and said nothing wrong with it? We noticed the A/C could no longer Keep up with the sun in the front seats and in the back the kids were sweating, this vehicle used to freeze you out! even in the Florida sun and Texas deserts! we returned to the Dealer and had them put a thermometer in the vent in the Dash " she was the service manager " She got a reading of 60+ degrees from every vent in the front! she scheduled an appointment and we brought it back again. When they said we needed to come get our car they claimed nothing is wrong and they were able to get a 59degree temperature from the front vent so now its within the Chrysler specs and is no longer their problem. So much for New Car Service! They lied about the 59* because we can not duplicate it with several different thermometers. I would suggest you don't buy a car at this dealership because this is the type of service they have degraded to! anyone interested can come check out the van in question My main point is Slimans Lies and will only repair your Vehicle to the lowest factory acceptable level, not the way it was as new and definitely not to the level of any new car on the lot you would buy ! BEWARE

    All of the repairs that were performed on the customer's 2015 Town and Country were done properly and according to Chrysler's specifications. Our master certified technicians cannot anticipate when a wheel bearing may become noisy a month ahead of time. The A/C readings are directly from Chrysler and it is working as designed. We have fixed prior issues on this van and have no reason to lie about any needed repairs. At this time, the van has been returned to the customer in working condition. We cannot tell if this vehicle may have another issue in the future as it is over 8 years old, but we will be here to help the customer if needed.
