    I had a wonderful experience buying my 2019 **** Ecosport at Fred Martin Ford. My salesperson **** ****** was easy to talk to and really made sure he knew what I wanted in a car. He patiently answered all of my questions and put me at ease. The whole dealership was welcoming from sales to financining to service. I highly recommend **** and the whole team if anyone is looking for a new car.

    If youre not ready, get ready. This is my second review in nine months when I bought my truck from *** last year, October. I told him that my wife wanted a new car and that I would be back I promise. Well I do keep my word and promises. so two weeks ago we started having problems with the old car and it falls under the is it worth it to fix an old vehicle or is it cheaper just to get a new vehicle. Well in our case, it was cheaper just to get a new vehicle. So thats when I had enough I texted *** are you going to be in the office today. He said yes I am come on down so my wife and I went down to Fred Martin Ford in Youngstown ****. And we met with *** and ****. And I have to tell you since I have built up a rapport or reputation with this company. They knew what they were dealing with with me so my wife was completely in shock when I walked in the door and *** and **** were like hey *****. And tell you the truth that sort of feels good. But I make my truck payments every month. You know so Im not in bad standing with Fred Martin Ford. So my wife told them what she wanted for a little vehicle and sure enough they went around back, pulled it up front and said are you ready for a test drive. Wife hopped in the car. Its a little **** escape so I guess its a little SUV and she absolutely loves it. Its perfect for her. So this is the second time these guys have come around and pulled up the perfect vehicle for my wife and I and our kids. And it only took a few hours to get all the paperwork done and to sign on the dotted line. And my wife drove away with a brand new vehicle that she has never had in her life yet. So thats what I thank you for *** and **** and everyone at Fred Martin Ford. This was my wifes first brand new car And she does it and she does drive every day. She doesnt even want me driving it she says go get your truck. So everyone who reads this yes, Im real yes, this is the second vehicle Ive bought. God bless you all

    The salesman, *********************, is the best. And any dealings I have had with the service **** have been pleasant and efficient. Even the time I had to wait for a part to come in the service agent had a smile and was calm enough that it kept me steady. I've had jobs dealing with the public and understand it can be difficult at times. 5 stars is well earned.

    Great experience yet again. Loving my **** 150 extended crew. I highly recommend this dealership and the staff is spot on. I wont even think about even looking at another place. This is definitely my go to spot. Thanks again!

    Found what I wanted and they made it happen this is how its suppose to be done. Right. I was an out-of-state buyer and had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. Not only was the car as expected, their service was top shelf. ******************* was out of this world friendly towards my dad and I, but also took the car to help with the rental car home. Their financial director earned his keeps and helped me into my MKT with expertise and knowledge. Bravo towards their online team and on-site personnel 5 stars.
