Incredibly disappointed in this company. Almost feels like a sham to me. I joined at the beginning of the year and was denied a routine colonoscopy. I am 53 years old, so that is something that is standard operating procedure for people of my age now. I even negotiated a cash price that was discounted for the procedure. I was told because I had benign polyps in the procedure, that the expense would not be allowed.I would stay far, far away from doing business with this company. I am in good health. I would be extremely concerned to join this company if I was in poor health or relied on an "insurance company" to cover any/all costs of healthcare.This has been a horrible experience. Feels worse than **********.

Having been a member of Christian healthcare ministries for almost 30 years, I cant say enough good words about how they handle the financial dealings for their membership. It has become increasingly better over the years, and I would recommend them highly to anyone looking for this kind of health care coverage, one that doesnt involve building up an insurance company, but taking care of others in a more personal way.Christian Healthcare Ministries, Inc.

I've been a member for 2 years now and have had two instances where I needed medical bills shared - one being a major knee surgery. The process to submit my medical bills to CHM and have them reimbursed was simple and whenever I had questions the customer service team was extremely helpful. They even reached out to me when I submitted something incorrectly. My medical bills were approved for sharing and I received reimbursements periodically as I submitted more bills. After my bills were shared, my only out-of-pocket expenses were my monthly membership gifts! I have been extremely thankful for CHM and all that they do - making medical care more affordable.Christian Healthcare Ministries, Inc.
