Thank you for your comments. We do apologize that the sales team did not take into account that the corporate offices are closed Saturday and Sunday and did not qualify that it would be 3 BUSINESS days. Check was *****'d Tuesday for a Wednesday delivery. Our team will do a better job expressing this information moving forward.

i have purchased several vehicles here and have always had a great experience. Most recent purchases were a pre owned audi and 2024 grand cherokee, both departments did a great job in handling my needs.

**Absolutely Disappointed – Poor Service After Just Two Weeks of Ownership**
I purchased/leased a vehicle from Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Eastgate and within just two weeks—with only about 700 miles on it—I had to bring it back due to a persistent sensor warning that wouldn’t turn off. Prior to bringing it in, I carefully cleaned all the sensors and there was no visible damage whatsoever.
When I arrived, I completed a walk-around inspection with the service tech, who also confirmed there was no visible damage at that time. I even wiped off the bumper and sensor area right in front of them to ensure everything was clean. However, after they ran a diagnostic test, I was suddenly told there was "visible damage" to the sensor—damage that wasn't there moments earlier and was not mentioned during the walk-around.
Now, they want to charge me over $500 to repair a sensor on a car I’ve had for **less than a month, while I traded in a perfectly functioning 2023 Jeep Wagoneer with just 23,000 miles.
This is not how you take care of your customers. It feels like I’m being taken advantage of after committing to a lease. I expected far better service and accountability from a dealership like Jeff Wyler Hyundai of Eastgate. I regret this purchase and would strongly urge others to be cautious when doing business here.

I visited Jeff Wyler Mazda in *******, ** in March 2025 to buy a new ***** *****. My experience with Sales was the familiar one that most car buyers go through. My goal was to get a fair price for myself, and their goal was to squeeze every dollar out of me. For example, they wanted to charge me $899.00 for a blinking brakes light. After reaching a final sale price, the conversation about the interest rate started, and this is when things moved from a painful but typical car buying experience, to a manipulative and unethical practice by the dealership. The Sales Manager offered me a high interest rate, which I thought was unfair based on my credit score and requested a better one. He came back offering a lower interest rate and said, The dealership will eat the cost associated with the lower rate. I accepted his offer. Then, I went to the *********************** to finalize the paperwork, only to discover that he added an extra fee, and when I objected, the Finance Manager said, You are not getting a better interest rate without a cost. When I objected again and referenced what the Sales Manager told me, he then erased it in the computer, and said OK, you are not going to see it. I thought everything was OK, and I looked at the Amount Financed to make sure it does not include that fee. The law requires that the Amount Financed in the Truth in Lending Disclosure to include the entire amount of what the borrower is going to pay during the life of the loan. What happened was, the manipulative Finance Manager erased the fee from one spot in his computer and put it somewhere else, so that it did not populate as part of the Amount Financed, but in another place where most buyers will not pay attention. This is unethical and could be illegal.

Thank you for your response. We appreciate you taking the time to share feedback with us. I wanted to take a moment to clarify that the fee associated with the financial institution was generated by them, not by the dealer. This is a standard procedure, and we are simply applying such a fee to the consumer as required by the lender. As mentioned above, at no point and time was it stated that the prepaid interest charge would be removed.Additionally, I want to remind you that all documents related to the transaction, including those outlining the fees and terms, were explained to you and signed prior to the purchase and delivery of the vehicle. We always strive to be transparent in our processes and ensure that our customers have all the information they need.If you have any further questions or need additional clarification, please don't hesitate to reach out. We're here to assist in any way we can.Thank you again for your understanding.**** ******* **** ***** Mazda, Eastgate Sales Manager

Everyone knows that banks charge loan fees (If applicable), charge interest, and collect payments. This has nothing to do with my complaint. The ***** requires car dealerships to disclose all fees charged to the buyers in an honest and non-manipulative way. My Sales Person clearly stated to me that he will offer me a better interest rate and the "dealer will eat the cost". I am willing to walk into the dealership at your request, look into that Sales Person's eyes, and I dare him to deny it. When I moved to the Finance Manager's office, I objected to the $195.00 twice. The Finance Manager said "You are not getting a better interest rate for free". When I recited what the Sales Person told me, he said "OK, you are not going to see it". Then he switched the number in his computer so that the fee doesn't show under the Amount Financed, but rather in a different spot in the Truth in Lending Disclosures where the buyer is unlikely to see. This is a deceiving and manipulative practice. My question to Mr. ******* is, would you be willing to release a copy of the Finance Manager’s recording to me? I will clearly show you that I objected to the $195.00 fee and the Finance Manager clearly said “You will not see it”. Can you release the recording?

I applied for financing through Jeff Wyler and received an email confirmation. Five hours later I still haven’t received a pre-approval. The sales rep was texting me telling me that I was pre-approved and to just come in. When I told him I wasn’t coming in blindly without knowing my payments or interest rates, he got snarky, and disrespectful. This is exactly why you have a D rating.

If you want to end up with a lemon of a car, the Jeff Wyler dealership is the place to go. Bought a used 2018 **** ******** with just over 30k miles a few years back. Currently has 70k miles, has been maintained meticulously, and now has a blown head gasket. Not covered under any dealership or ***** warranty and researching online shows countless examples of other **** ******** owners having the exact same issue. What an absolute joke. They offered to extend my warranty for $5,849.00 or $180.00/m for the next 5 years. At that price point I'll just go buy a new car. Will never purchase another Jeep or another car from Jeff Wyler again. Don't make the same mistake I did.Update: Reached out to the dealership per their response to my review and was told they would submit a "goodwill claim" to ***** to see if the repair could be covered. Took well over two weeks to hear back on that just for the service manager (***** ******) to tell me that they can't/won't be submitting the goodwill claim and I'm out of luck. Absolute joke of a company from top to bottom. Unless you want to waste thousands of dollars and weeks of your time, avoid buying a car from Jeff Wyler at all costs.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for the frustration youve experienced. We completely understand how disappointing it can be when a vehicle youve invested in encounters unexpected issues. While we understand your concerns regarding the blown head gasket, its important to note that, unfortunately, we cannot predict the performance or potential issues that may arise with any vehicle, particularly as it ages and accrues mileage. We also want to clarify that since the purchase, our dealership has not serviced your vehicle, which limits our ability to directly assess or address any ongoing maintenance or warranty matters. That said, we take all customer concerns seriously. We did, as you mentioned, attempt to assist by submitting a goodwill claim to ***** in hopes of finding a resolution, but after careful review, ***** has indicated that they are unable to assist in goodwill repair due to the age of the vehicle. We regret that this has not led to the outcome you were hoping for.

Called about buying a car. At first on the phone they told me 2500 for my 2014 ******** **** cla 250, the trade in value their website told me was 7300. When i brought that up they said there was a mistake and it was valued at 7400 trade value. I then drove 110 miles to make the deal and was told “my engine was about to go out.” Because while crouched down next to engine you could hear the car idle. The car is on and not electric i would hope you could hear it running if not then there is a issue… mind you i just had 9700 dollars of work done ti the engine 4 months ago so i know for a fact everything is working as it should. When i confronted the appriser about the claim his remark was “are you a mechanic?” I replied no and requested my keys so that i could leave. My father was a auto body man for 25 years. I grew up in body shops, although im not a mechanic i know my way around a car very well. After leaving i went to a local dealership not far from my house and was told nothing was wrong with my car and that they would give me the 7000 i wanted in trade value. The vehicle that Jeff Wyler said was a HOT car is still sitting in their lot and they screwed themselves out of a sale by trying to take advantage of someone. I fulling believe they knew nothing was wrong with the car they just thought because i drove so far that i would cave and let them scam me out of my car at the lowest of low deals. 1000/10 will NEVER return to Jeff Wyler and advise all others to do the same

We apologize for your experience. We understand the inconvenience of driving that far to purchase a vehicle that you have not seen, touched, or driven as well as trading in a vehicle that we have not done the same with. While you were here our appraiser took your vehicle to our Service Manager and he confirmed the engine issues that were speculated when appraised. We fully understand that another dealership may not catch that problem however. We do still have the vehicle for sale and now that you have sold yours for what you felt it was worth, we would love to earn your business and as a token for our appreciation, I would deliver it to you for free. If you still do not wish to do business with us I will mail you a gas card to compensate you for your travels here.

Purchased a vehicle on September 7th and then they never sent me a memorandum title. Called the title office several times to find out why and never got an answer more meaningful than "I don't know", which I know for fact is a lie because after I called the attorney general's office on them I had it the next day. November 25th I finally got plates. 79 days. Pretty sure they're legally required to do it in 30.I will never set foot on this property again.I will be telling everyone who will stop long enough to listen to me repeat this story to shop elsewhere for their vehicles.I have filed a complaint with the attorney general. The only reason I haven't brought a private lawsuit to them is because I'm tired of thinking about these people every day.
