Just purchased a car this past weekend and I absolutely love it! Randy F**** in used cars was amazing! He helped me find exactly what I needed and got me a great deal! I’ll never buy a car from anyone else.

Justin A was a fantastic salesman! He made the process smooth and easy, answered all my questions and worked hard to get me a good deal! Definitely will shop with him again in the future. Jeff Wyler is great, nice selection, love my Traverse. Very pleased with this company and it's choice in salesmen.

My wife and I bought a used 2018 Chrysler Pacifica in October 2022 and have had nothing but issues with it.
Less than 2 weeks of ownership the check engine light came on. I took it to my mechanic that I have 20+ years experience with to find cylinder 1 was misfiring.
      • This missfire caused the Stop/Start feature to deactivate.
      • While diagnosing both issues, my mechanic found over 200+ error codes that had been cleared. He reviewed the dealer's provided ****** report to tell me none of the errors had been addressed.
      • I paid over $1000 to have the car's BIOS updated and the Stop/Start's battery replaced. Both things that the dealer should've checked before selling the vehicle as the Start/Stop feature caused the van to die mid-drive.
      • After a week in the shop, I got the vehicle back only for it to start overheating a month later. My mechanic looked into it to find the vehicle is guzzling coolant indicating a possible leak. He added dye to the coolant and we waited a week of casual driving.
      • On returning the vehicle my mechanic, he discovered the engine failed a block test. He suggested replacing the engine (more than $10000 which is 2/3 the value of the van).
      • Since it failed a block test I've been driving it sparingly. Then last week the check engine light started flashing. Taking it back to my mechanic we found multiple cylinders are now misfiring.
When the van failed a block test, I called the manager of the Used Dealership and he said I hadn't bought any warranties and I hadn't for 2 reasons: the dealership is an hour+ from my house and if my mechanic just did an oil change per the sales manager all warranties would be voided. He offered for the dealerships service department to do another block test. However when I called to reschedule I never heard back. I've tried calling a few times since leaving voicemail with multiple managers only to not get any response.

I had a bad experience after the sale. During the sales process for our 2013 CX-5 I was presented with a price above what I expected due to them already doing the optional "Wyler Package" to the vehicle. I explained I hadn't anticipated the extra $995. The salesman said he would see what he could do. He came back with a lower price that we agreed to and I bought the vehicle. Found out that part, maybe all, of the package hadn't been done to the vehicle. I felt I was mislead in a big way. I explained all of this to the salesman, internet sales manager, and sales manager. Their answer was to have me come back and pay $500 for a service I was told I already had. Unfortunate that people and businesses don't operate with honesty and integrity or care about customers after the sale. Just my experience. Hope yours is better.

Don't buy anything from this place at all including a brand they don't sell at any of their car locations they literally price gauge customers, on the price of any of their vehicles, and they rip off customers on the parts, and they don't even fully inspect all of their used vehicles.

Found a 2011 Cadillac CTS on ****** for $14,873 and next day price change to $16,572. Talked to assistant sales manager and a price of $15,000 + tags and taxes was agreed on. Set appointment for purchase and was informed a half-hour from appointment car was being test driven by another customer. Customer returned and was giving the opportunity to purchase the car but at the price of $19,000. Customer decided to purchase the car. Later I received email saying I didnt make my appointment but I have text and emails confirming my appointment was met with intent to purchase the car. I was very polite and respectful to the staff and also the customer who bought the car as I had spoken to him. This is not how a company should be run . Unfortunately they are more worried about the money instead of the customer experience and reviews. I understand why **** Wyler ********** has a D- and is Unacredited .

Several years ago, I purchased a ****** Juke from Jeff Wyler Kings ******. That experience was and continues to be fantastic. The service team at that location is top notch and still treats me like I really matter. Because of that experience, I pick **** Wyler every time I can. This past weekend, we went back to Jeff Wyler Kings ****** to look at the new Rogue Sport and/or used cars in my sons price range. Unfortunately, there was not much available. So, my husband and I visited ONLY Wyler dealerships on a quest to find a new car for our son. Our son lives in Columbus and has very limited time. So, we wanted to do the leg work, have him make the final selection, sign the paperwork, and be on his way. We were trading in my husbands Jeep and paying cash for the difference no financing needed. We landed at Jeff Wyler Eastgate Auto Mall. We drove a used ***** CX5. I was walking the parking lot while my husband was providing the details on the trade. I came across a used ****** Rogue that I really liked. Remember, I purchased the ****** Juke years prior and it has been a fantastic car. So, we drove the Rogue and worked on a deal with ******. We couldnt quite get there with the numbers so we left. We received several calls from someone else at Wyler (not ******). We came to a verbal agreement over the phone and committed to come back Sunday to finalize the deal.Sunday morning, our son drove from Columbus to our house in *******. We gathered all the Jeep paraphernalia and headed to Batavia. Our son drove the car, checked it out thoroughly, and decided it was the one. We went back inside told ****** that we were ready to make the purchase. We waited awhile, he called us in a room took some bits of information. I REMINDED him that the car would be in our sons name. He said he didnt realize that, sent us to grab a cup of coffee or quick lunch, and said they would be ready for us when we got back. He said he would also have the gas tank filled
