In March 2025, I hired *** C****** from Trusted Above All Contracting to repair a fallen gutter on my home. After receiving funds from my insurance company, I paid him in full. Since then, he has repeatedly told me he would come “the next day” to complete the work, but he never showed up.

I contacted him daily for weeks, but for over a month now, there has been no response. His phone number no longer works, and the job remains unfinished.

I later discovered that under the single business name, Trusted Above All Contracting, he has used three different addresses—one in Kentucky, one in Batavia, and Cincinnati. These are not separate branches; he is the sole owner, and it appears he uses multiple addresses to mislead people and avoid being held accountable.

This has left my home unrepaired for months, and I believe this was a deliberate scam.

I hired this contractor to install a drop ceiling and 8 can lights in my unfinished basement. There were several delays in this small portion of the project. This company has no concept of being at the job when they say they will be.
Incorrect installation of 8 can lights in a drop ceiling to also be installed. No cable clamps (that are required) on all 8 lights and 1 wall switch. Incorrect wall switch box that sticks out away from the wall by 1/4". (A shallow wall switch box is available for this condition) The contractor would not agree to change the installation per our request. We paid a deposit by check to the business name below in the amount of $1200.00 which they do not plan to return any portion of. We asked them to leave our property after they refused to fix the poor unacceptable workmanship. The can lights were pre-purchased by us. And we also provided all additional electrical wires. The only materials the contractor purchased were 1 incorrect wall switch box, 1 double wall switch, and 1 double wall switch cover plate. it would have taken less than 1/2 of the 8 hrs it took the subcontractor had they done the installation that was required. They kept saying there is more than one way to do this installation. The way the lights are installed, they will not rest on the drop ceiling tracks with the dust seal keeping dirt and insulation particles from entering the room. We even showed them the exact installation online by the light manufacturer. At this point, they refused to at least fix the incorrect wall switch and left the premises. The wire we had was not the wire required by the light mfg. either. This company did not bother to read any instructions or have any clue how to complete proper electrical work.
