      Do not hire this contractor. I hired *** ******* from Trusted Above All Contracting in March 2025 to repair a fallen gutter and paid him in full. He repeatedly promised to come “the next day” but never showed up, and the work was never completed. It has now been months with no contact, and his phone number no longer works.
      He operates under one business name but lists multiple addresses (including locations in Kentucky and Batavia) to avoid accountability. This is not because of separate branches—he is the sole owner and uses this tactic to mislead customers. Many reviews show a clear pattern of scamming people by taking payment and never doing the work.
      If he stops responding to you, report him to local law police and file a complaint with them and here. This business should not be trusted.

      Tim did not complete the work at two of our properties. He will ask for 50% down and then will not actually complete the work. We gave him the benefit of the doubt, tried to work with him, and he did not complete our projects and the work that was completed did not meet industry standards. I personally hope you are doing better, Tim, and hope you are not still taking people's hard earned money. It was definitely a frustrating process working with him last summer.

      Mr.C****** was scheduled to do some work at my property that he estimated would take 2 weeks. 3 weeks later and were now a month in and he hasn't shown up and won't return my calls!!!!
      I also checked my ring doorbell camera because my dog was limping one day when I got home from work and come to find out Mr.C****** KICKED MY DOG!!!!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?! Also heard him on a phone call while reviewing my doorbell footage and heard Mr.C****** making a comment about wanting to perform **** *** on my dog ????????. This boy is sick ! May god be with you Mr.C****** if I ever see you!!!!!
