    This apartment complex is run in such an inconsiderate and incompetent way that it's amazing. They are very nice when you are thinking of moving in, and they have signs around saying things like, "Welcome to your home," but as soon as you become a tenant. a different reality sets in. The most amazing thing about this business is that they rarely answer their phone and they NEVER return phone calls. I once asked someone there if they even listen to the messages on their answering machine before deleting them, and I didn't get a straight answer. The only way to get anything done with them is to go to the office in person. If there's no one there, you need to wait for someone to come back. Bec I worked remotely from home, I was able to manage in this way, but I don't know how people who have to be at work get anything done related to their apartment. The worst episode was when I tried to get my security deposit back. There were no issues at all with my apartment, but it took many months, countless unreturned phone calls, and a couple trips to the office to get it back. I think they were hoping I'd give up if they stonewalled me long enuf, but I refused to let them get away with this. The apartment complex looks good from the outside, but don't move there unless you're prepared to deal with endless hassles and staff who couldn't care less.
