The three ladies did a wonderful job cleaning our home. They come every four (4) weeks on the same day of the week. We feel secure that our home is "Sic & Span". Their cleaing inspectors are great too.

First I wish to say that the girls that cleaned our home did an excellent job, but an antique bowl was broken. Pictures were taken by all and sent to office. the office called by employee and they were told the bowl was worth $369.00 at which point the employee asked if she were going to be fired. Answer was no. Employees finished and left home. I called the office about an hour later as I had not heard from them. At that point was told that I needed to take bowl (broken) and get it appraised and give them a quote which I replied was something they should do. They then said they checked on eBay and they could get one for $74.00. Which they would take off cleaning cost. I found this to be unacceptable and told them not to return. Not good management especially since they claim to be bonded etc. The bowl was Roseville and numbered , and approximately 100 years old .The Cleaning Authority

We are very sorry that your item was broken and you were not satisfied with the solution to the breakage that occured at your home. Our policy is to have the item repaired or replaced when at all possible. We did attempt to discuss replacement of this item, as we found the exact match for replacement, and instead credited you for the item as you declined a replacement. We were extremely disappointed with the service from the cleaning authority in Beaver Creek. My husband was there the entire time and walked the team through the house explaining what needed to be done in each room.
At the end of their time cleaning they said goodbye to my husband and walked out. There was no review of what had been done. Cupboards were not cleaned and drawers were not cleaned. We were told the explanation was that there were items in the cupboards and drawers. That is just flat out.
We asked for them to come out and finish the job and they said they would do so but would charge us $125 an hour. Buyers beware. I'd give them less than one star if I could.The Cleaning Authority
