5 starsThe ladies from The Cleaning Authority did an outstanding job of cleaning our home. They arrived on time, were cheerful and friendly, and did a complete job of cleaning the house in a timely manner. Lori and Taylor were terrific. Our thanks to The Cleaning Authority and there workers. We would highly recommend them.

I have issues with this company that did a very poor job cleaning and also did damage to my dishwasher with their broom/mop handle. I called the company to complain and was not satisfied whatsoever with the way it was handled. I complained about the poor cleaning job the very next day and was told I should have stopped them which I tried to do but was told my time was up. I hired them for two hours and they were only there for 1 1/2 hours. The supervisor said the GPS showed they pulled up before 11 but no one came to the door until 11:59. When I complained the next week regarding the damage to my dishwasher I was told I had to make my complaint within 24 hours. Nothing was done on either complaint and I will NEVER use them again and they lost two customers due to word of my mouth.The Cleaning Authority

We strive to provide the best quality possible during the time limits given on one time cleanings. We are sorry we were not able to meet your needs during your limited time for cleaning. When you reached out a few weeks after your cleaning in reguard to the dishwasher we did try to work with you to find out the cause of this damage as our poles should not have been able to damage this, if you are able to provide us pictures of this damage we would love to review them.
