    I'm a repeat customer and very happy with the services from JDI Handyman Services!!! They're great at their job, even fixing stuff I didn't necessarily ask for!     Excellent work and in a timely matter. Finally finding a Handman service that does excellent work is great. We had a Vanity and Flooring installed. Gary thank you for doing such an awesome job and going beyond what we expected you to do. We are thankful and grateful for your service!!!

    JDI did a wonderful job installing my baseboards and door trim. I was pleased with their work and fast they finished. The two gentleman were professional and very pleasant.

    JDI Handyman Services did a tub and surround replacement for me recently. Every person I have encountered and spoke to has been Exceptional throughout the entire process! I have especially enjoyed having GARY (& partner, Pablo), as my main contractor these past several days. Not only is he meticulous, and informative along the way, he has been patient, warm and kind the entire time. The owner, Jon, and office manager, Lori, are very on top of things. Very fast on getting back with needed information. Also, very kind/enjoyable people!
    I Absolutely recommend JDI Handyman Services!! 5 STARS! I would give 10 if I could!

    Terminated JDI handyman services for shoddy workmanship after attempting to install a storm door. First, the installer left a one inch gap between door frame and storm door. Then, upon returning, he improperly put railing around door to mask his terrible work. The installer didn't even use all the included screws and both the storm door and railing were improperly installed. After firing this company, who was hired via *****, JDI attempted to scam a 72 year old senior out of 200 dollars by circumventing ***** and sending a bill. After alerting ***** to JDIs poor workmanship, lowes sent out an adjuster who described the job as some of the worst and most unprofessional installation he has seen. JDI's work was so bad, a complete new storm door had to be ordered.
    Upon making ****** aware that JDI tried to scam the 200 dollar fee out of a senior citizen by invoicing her, ****** immediately terminated this company for dishonest practices.
    Let this be a warning to anyone that attempts to hire JDI Handyman Services

    First off all, I want to apologize for my late response. I never saw this horrid review or I would have responded sooner.
    Sophia C's review is an absolute lie. Here are the facts.
    We did the door and 1 full year passed and during the year, there was a wind storm that slammed the door open thus pulling the door loose at the brick mold. A common issue.
    When she called *****, they told her the warranty had run out. Then ***** called us and asked us if we would do work on the door if the customer would pay. I said certainly.
    I went out, saw the door, wrote up a quote and emailed it to the lady. Then her daughter, Sophia wrote back that they would never do business with us because we installed it wrong, which was NOT the case. We do 1000's of these doors and they are very remedial and easy.
    With that said, saying we attempted to scam a senior out of 200.00 is absolutely wrong, that was our quote after her warranty expired. For someone to say such a thing about a company that does work for "Kendal at Home" who are there EXCLUSIVELY for seniors and we do work for is not only hurtful but I feel slanderous. It is IMPOSSIBLE for us to do anything wrong to the wonderful senior citizens of our country. Without them, we would not be here and we feel indebted to our seniors and ALWAYS cut them breaks and give discounts for any work we do.
    After they refused my quote, and then they contacted a previous installer for us who was terminated 4 months before. He said he would fix the door for 150.00. He went out and did whatever he did and THEN they had to reorder a new storm door thru *****. How do I know this? I called ***** today AFTER I read this intentionally false dishonest review and they told me. How could I contact Lowes if I was terminated by them? I could not.
    For Sophia C to say Lowes terminated us IS ANOTHER LIE, we have done work for ***** for the past 3 years and still do work to this day. Additionally, our score with ***** during our last review in May 2023 gave us a rating of 9 out of 10. One of the highest in the area.
    ANY ONE who reads Sophia C's dishonest review and has any doubts about JDI Handyman, give is a call at 937 912 1197 and we will forward you all documentation from *****. We are one of ***** TOP installers.
    I have forwarded this review to my attorney to see if this is slander or defamation because if it is then I will have her send Sophia C a letter to remove this lie riddled review.

    I can’t believe JDI Handyman Services called me a liar in their rebuttal. I have no reason to lie about
    their faulty workmanship. I purchased a storm door from a home improvement store on 12-8-2022. It
    was installed on 1-5-2023 by JDI Handyman Services. Please note that it hasn’t even been over a year
    ago like they claimed and there was no wind storm. I have my receipt to prove it. I also have pictures of
    their faulty workmanship done by their JDI Handyman, who ended up being fired and tried to solicit me
    afterwards for future work. Bottom line, the installer did not install the door correctly. We (me and my
    son) called their company several times right after the door was installed on 1-5-2023. My son even sent
    an email on 1-6-2023 with pictures included of the installation to Rochelle S. at install support where we
    purchased the door. On the same day he spoke to Lauri at JDI Handyman Services (937)912-1197 by
    phone and text, given assurances the installation manager would be out 30 minutes later at 4:30pm. No
    one ever showed up.
    JDI Handyman Services sent me a bill via email on 1-5-2023 to correct their faulty workmanship. Their
    faulty workmanship has nothing to do with me, Sophia C. being a senior citizen. On 9-18-2023 I went to
    the same home improvement store and talked to the manager on duty, as I want to purchase a front
    door. He assured me JDI Handyman Services no longer works for them installing doors. Anyone wanting
    home improvement services, do your research and also check with BBB reviews.

    I am writing a review concerning the service Dan-O did on an installment of a patio screen door. He was professional and he did a great job. I love keeping my door open and looking out the door as I relax on my recliner sofa watching TV. Thank you Patricia Babetto
