  Dan, Jesse and Dylan did a fantastic job removing a large window, cutting a hole and installing a sliding glass door.
  I'd been looking for months to find an installer who would not just replace, but cut a hole for a slider until I found JDI.
  I will definitely use them again!

  I hired JDI to cut and install vinyl lattice around the bottom of my shed. They knew I was providing the lattice, and they were to come out and do everything else.
  Upon arrival, the gentleman that came out that morning told me after looking at the shed that he needed to go to Lowe's to get something to attach the lattice with. I was rather surprised he had not come prepared to complete the job, but thought well surely there is no way he is charging me for this time.
  After a lengthy absence, which is odd because we live 5 minutes from Lowe's, he returned and started on the job. Just slightly over 3 hours after he originally arrived, he "finished" and charged me for 4 hours time (their policy is you pay for any part of the hour they use, which I understood up front); however, him coming unprepared for the job and having to go buy screws should not have been time I was charged for. Furthermore, the lattice was barely attached to the shed. There were approximately only 12-15 screws used around the whole shed. I ended up having to go out myself and finish the job because I certainly was not paying them for any more time they could draw out as long as possible.
  This is not to mention they quoted me that the job would take 1 hour.
  I regret not doing more research and definitely would not recommend hiring them for any job.

  Sorry for this late response, just saw this.
  our policy states that when we charge hourly, it includes drive time to and from the store. To come to the house unprepared is not true.
  I quote the job, then I send a worker out to the job and he reviews it, writes a material list and then goes to the store. REGARDLESS of if we went to the store before we went to his house, during or after, the customer is charged because we are buying their materials for their job. This is how we do it because we put 2 peoples eyes on the project before we start (measure twice, cut once) to make sure we are perfect with our outcome.
  If they lattice was not completed to ANTONES satisfaction, they only need to call us back because we have a 1 year warranty on craftsmanship.
  I am sorry you were not happy and did not fully understand the hourly charge or how to use our 1 year warranty. Thank you for allowing us to respond and explain ourselves.
