      NEW HEARING AIDS WITH A 60 DAY MONEY BACK REFUND, COMPANY COULD NOT GET THE PROGRAMMING CORRECT AND THE RT HEARING AID WOULD NOT STAY CHARGED FOR MORE THAN 4 HOUS IT WAS DEFECTIVE SO I CONTACRED THEM AND TOLD THEM I WOULD BE RETURNING THEM AND GAVE THEM A 2 DAY NOTICE TO PREPAIR A CHECK FOR THE REFUND. RETURNED THEM ON 11/01/2023 AND THEY DID NOT HAVE A REFUND CHECK READY FOR ME AND SAID ONLY THE COMPANY MANGER COULD WRITE THE CHECK AND THAT THEY WOULD HAVE HER MAIL ME THE CHECK. IT IS NOW 11/15/2023 AND I HAVE NOT RECIEVED MY CHECK

      Our owner issued a refund check to Mr. ********.  I personally delivered it to him and handed the check to Mr. ********.  The matter has been resolved.
