      If I could give them 0 stars it would still be too much. For the better part of two years they have not answered nor returned any messages. Other times when I have been able to actually speak to someone and have made appointments to come in, there is no one there at the location, doors are locked lights are off during normal business hours. This place is an absolute travesty of a business and very seriously needs to be investigated

      I contacted the patient to discuss his recent complaint. The patient explained that he was informed he could come to the office to pick up hearing aid supplies. However, on the scheduled day, the Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) called off work unexpectedly and did not inform anyone that the patient would be coming. As a result, no one was available to assist the patient when he arrived.
      I apologized to the patient for the inconvenience and acknowledged that this situation did not reflect good customer service. I assured the patient that I would address this issue with the PCC involved and implement corrective actions to ensure it does not happen again in the future.
      Actions to be taken:
      Discuss the issue with the PCC involved.
      Implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
      I also gave Patient my direct line to call if he encountered any other issues.

      Company took my hearing aides to have batteries replaced on April 29,2024. They said they would be back I. 2-3 weeks. I paid half of charge until they are returned and have loaner hearing aides which the molds are not fitted to my ears so they do not work well. I have spoken with the company several times. They said they were calling and putting a rush on them. They also said I was on a list of hearing aides due back. This is June 12th and they still do not have them. They would not give me a number to call for where ever they sent the hearing aides out to be serviced.
      I need my own hearing aides. This was Reserve Hearing in Brook Park Ohio on Smith Road.

      We have contacted the manufacturer regarding your hearing aids. The delay is due to a shortage of stock needed to replace a component. We sincerely apologize for both the delay and for not informing you of this sooner. We understand how frustrating this situation can be, and we regret that our lack of communication has added to your inconvenience.
      At this time, we do not have a confirmed date or tracking number for the return shipment. However, we hope to have this information today or tomorrow and will update you as soon as we do.

      With all the times I have contacted your office no one said anything about this. It has been 8 weeks now for something you told me would take 2-3 weeks on April 29th when I left them with you. I still have not heard from you which is very poor business ethics. It is now almost July so when will I hear from your office which has not had contacted me about the delay. Thank you patience is running out. I need my hearing aides with my fitted molds.
