      Was in an accident in November was released from nursing home in January before being released advised them I did not need the commode. They still delivered the commode. Then send me a bill two days before withdrawal from my checking account. I called lady claimed she would call me back because they billed the wrong insurance and would not withdrawal money from my bank account till proper insurance was billed. Called again today and still haven’t billed insurance. Did not know what to say when I said you delivered a product not needed and that I had a witness except we will refund you if your insurance covered it. The equipment was delivered before I came home never used and still giving me the run around.

      The worst customer service! They sent me someone else's order and changed my profile to fit that order, now I'm unable to purchase the correct CPAP supplies I need.
      3 months trying to get my order corrected with MANY phone calls and emails. I'm done with this company!

      I have today discontinued my ******** ****** ********* from MSC today due to a year long problems with Billing issues as well as shipping issues! I was diagnosed a newly Diabetic in Nov of 2022. My Endo Doctor got me set up with MSC, I called them for first time in Nov 2022, where I discussed copay payments and was told there were none my medical insurance covered everything! Imagine my surprise a year later I am sent a bill for over $2000! Called my Insurance company come to find out they over billed me for 90 sensors and 30 transmitters! So my insurance company took over and made them straighten out the bill!! Then I told MSC I had to now do payments cause the bill was too high and there were more bills to follow cause MSC Bill dept has problems shipping my bills to my insurance company and my insurance company ALWAYS has to send asking for more information then MSC Billing Dept sits on my insurance request thus only responding when they send off for a new Bill causing my Bills to arrive months late and my insurance company to pay their payments later as well! Shipping and processing orders always late as well as if there is a problem with the order MSC will not let me know and I will be waiting for my much needed medical devices which never come and I have to contact them asking where is my shipment and why it was not shipped! I am warning ?? the BBB this MSC is putting Diabetics at risk when they mess with the flow of ******** ****** ******* ******* ******** (Sensors and Transmitters) to their Diabetic patients and if they keep going the route they are going there will eventually be a Diabetic patient who will medically suffer or die from their medical neglect!!! I have now gone and called my Insurance company mail in pharmacy cause they now are doing Diabetic Dexcom supplies and to start the preautherization process to start having my mail in pharmacy to send me my diabetic supplies! MSC is a deplorable company that needs serious overhauls!

      I have a medically necessary device and ordered a new one in 2022. It took so long for them to NOT process my order I cancelled it in February of 2023. I had to buy a used one. I contacted them again as they are listed as In Network and ordered one in early November. They have not even contacted my insurance company to see if they are indeed In Network. I was promised I would have a new device in several weeks. Now it almost two months and I was informed there is no way I will have this medically necessary device until 2024. Don't use MSC Sleep, a division of Medical Service Company.

      Being a medical service company, I expected a high degree of professionalism and human concern… unfortunately, I have absolutely nothing positive to say about this unprofessional, incompetent, lackadaisical company.

      Everytime an order is placed with this company it takes months to receive and they have a different excuse whenever you call. Also, they put you on hold and when their system disconnects you have to start over. Everytime I call they tell me my order is due to shipped and weeks later still no order. I am going to talk to my physician to see if I can go back to the supplier I was using previously.

      Horrible sent bill for a deceased person who never received any supply’s from their company and claimed they supplied her with a ventilator, nebulizer, meds etc . Never ever received anything from them. Said the call was being recorded when my dad spoke to them he said good I hope it is this is fraud. Said he’d never get another bill from them but the thing is how many people pay for all this stuff not knowing their deceased loved one didn’t get these items. Most people see a medical bill and pay it . Keep a watch out on everything the list they have sent you and want you to pay for in this case thousands of dollars and not one supply was delivered. Shameful to try to rob someone who is in the ground.

      MSC is a very deceitful and disrespectful company. From day one I have been lied to and treated so poorly they put me in tears. I was told to make an appointment for a “fitting” of my equipment and then told they would not allow me to try on anything. I was called and told that my insurance company would pay for supply replenishment and then was billed for over $140. I found out that the first mask I paid $80 for was billed to my insurance for $350. You can never get anyone to call you back when you have a complaint and no one will ever put anything in notes that you even called. Robo calls from them are also horrible. There are other companies out there and I am cutting ties with MSC!

      I am not sure how this company stays in business. I would give zero stars if I could. Hold times are horrendous. When you do get to a live person, they transfer you to a voice mail and no one ever calls back. They don’t even understand insurance. We have been trying for 7 weeks now to get my husbands CPAP. They have been given insurance which is BCBS and insist we have Anthem are they are not in network. I work in insurance and have the provider directory showing them in network. I have asked them to call the provider service number to verify 4 times now. They insist they will and call me right back but never do. The most incompetent company I have ever dealt with.

      They deserve 0 stars. It takes them weeks to get your equipment to you. They hide behind "We are working to get all the paperwork" for weeks, and can't tell you when they will be able to dispense your equipment. They send packages that have been opened and different quantities than what was ordered. I have never dealt with a worse medical supply company, and I can't believe this place stays in business.
