      If I could give this company 0 stars, I would most definitely do so! Their customer service is awful and uncaring! They do not treat the patient with care and concern but rather as a number. They do not have understanding and do not help a patient resolve their medical issues, but rather create new issues to worry about and deal with when it comes to getting replacement supplies for your medical equipment.
      They promised to send me new filters for my CPAP machine and never sent them and when you call them about getting it resolved, you get the run-around and they do not resolve the issue. They also claimed that our insurance only pays for new replacement supplies once a year and it's been over a year, but they insist I am not eligible yet for the replacement supplies because insurance won't pay for it. Which is it? I am confused!
      I am definitely going to switch to a new company for supplies and dump this one immediately!

      Terrible company. My doctor sent in a prescription for CPAP supplies in late July. It is now late October and I still have not received my CPAP supplies. Finally had my doctor send a prescription to another company so that I could get my supplies. Every time I called Medical Service Company about my supplies I was told they would be sent right out And I never received them. One time I called and they told me there was a problem with my order and a supervisor would call me back within 24 hours. Guess what....no call back. Getting in touch with them is a nightmare. Every time you call, you are either on hold for 20-45 minutes or they say they will call you back. When they call back they let the phone ring 3 times and hang up. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Save yourself alot of headache and choose a different supplier.

      Thank you for bringing this concern to our attention. We have reviewed the customer’s interaction with our staff and have identified where we did not properly escalate her concerns. We have reviewed the escalation process with the individual staff member and will be referring the process to our Performance Improvement Committee to identify more opportunities to better our services. We have reached out to the customer directly to address any outstanding questions and service needs. We will continue to monitor this situation to ensure proper resolution.
