    I gave this company a ***** deposit for a *** light trailer on 05/06/2022 and this was to get on the list for my trailer to be fabricated and designed. This company never followed up with me about the trailer and my deposit sat for months. On good faith I called to have my money refunded to me because of a personal occurrence in my life. I called 01/12/23 and spoke with ****** whom informed me she needed to speak with **** and the policy was the funds were non-refundable. This was never disclosed to me upon the day I initiated the deposit. I also have a invoice from my deposit that doesnt state this policy either. The company never returned my call or even said anything to me about the issue. This now is the second occurrence that I have experience with a nonverbal communication in regards to me completing the business that was established with this company. I waited until today which is 02/09/23 almost a month later and called again. I spoke with the same lady and she got to ******************************* who wrote me a email stating this same information. This company is very unprofessional and I get that they have a policy but when its not disclosed correctly, it now causes complications in the consumers life who is trying to patronize this establishment. At this point I just want my deposit returned in full. Its clear the non verbal communication is a huge factor in this situation, also with this company and I shouldnt have to suffer from it along with the other issues I explained to ****. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
