    We have been in business since ************************************ the transportation industry. I ordered a trailer from Buckeye on 11/22/24 in hopes of staring a new business venture. The expectation was that the new trailer would be ready for pickup before 12/22/24 per the sales person *******. I put a $2500.00 deposit down to start the build. As of 1/22/25 I was notified the trailer was finally completed BUT it was wrong. It was not at all what I ordered. ******* admitted that she made a mistake when entering the order, and to be honest I failed to fully review the build sheet and missed a line item that was wrong, I trusted ******* had the correct information after the lengthily conversations we had before ordering. Buckeye offered to build a new trailer with another 30+ day wait time. I have invested in a new truck and driver and now I have lost my driver and I have a piece of equipment that hasnt been utilized for months and now I have to find another revenue stream for this truck. I declined the offer for the new trailer and asked for at least part of my deposit back due to the miscommunication, Buckeye refused to work with me and stated it was completely my fault for not reviewing he build sheet I would strongly stay away from these people, they are not a good company to deal with.
