      Met with AJ today to discuss our new project to remove a very old tub and update our bathroom with a beautiful shower. He went over all of our options, and even gave us a lot of small ways to save money. Very helpful, and he’s made us so excited to get this project done. Based on his service alone, I feel very confident recommending their company. And I’ll update this with some photos as soon as install is complete. If you can, request to work with AJ!

      BRIAN and John did an excellent job on the windows. It looks very nice I would recommend you guys to anybody. They’re also very friendly guys.

      We had our master shower upgraded to give us more room, added soap panel and heighten shower head. Austin and Nick completed the work in two days. This crew arrived on time, let us know what their plan was and then got to. They worked very well together and we’re very professional and knowledgeable about the entire project. They protected the floors and were careful when taking materials in and out of our house. Joyce should be proud to have such good people employed! We are looking forward to our next project coming up in July!

      We had a complete shower remodel. Professional from start to finish, excellent communication all the way through. Install crew, David and Bailey were fantastic to work with and left their job site cleaner than it was upon arrival! We have already called Joyce to get an estimate on a new project!

      Excellent, superb is what comes to mind! David and Bailey recently installed a new shower stall with everything that goes with it for us. Thank you for your hard work and the time you put to do it right. They spent 2 full days working very hard and gave us a fabulous shower. Definitely recommend both the company -Joyce Factory and their crew. We had our windows done last year and absolutely pleased. We will continue to recommend you to anyone who’s looking.

      Mark and Adam were our install team for new windows. They did a great job installing - taking the time and care to go about it the right way -- no short cuts! They showed the same care and thoroughness in cleaning up after a day's work too!! Joyce you should be proud to have employees like them on the team - they leave a positive lasting impression.

      Had a new shower installed, new floor and lights. Matt was great ! He was very professional, polite and took no short cuts !! Went over everything with us. Very neat and cleaned up. Very impressed with Matt !!

      I want to thank Joyce for the service that I received on the installation of my patio door. I want to especially thank my Factory Design Consulant, Aaron ****** for the time that he spent with me in planning for my new patio door and explaining each detail to me and making sure that I understood the process. Aaron was very patient with me and he responded to each and every one of my phone calls. He was always pleasant, helpful and informative. Aaron is friendly and polite. I thank him for his professional demeanor. I also want thank Ed Long. He is an excellent window and door installer. Joyce is very fortunate to have him on their staff. Ed installed my patio door to perfection and he also was very friendly, polite, and pleasant to work with. I plan on having a exterior front door installed in the near future and I am insistent on having Ed install my door because of his expertise and knowledge. His measurements were accurate and he cleaned up the work area on completion. I am overwhelmed with these two individuals because it has been a very long time since I have had personal service like they provided me. You just do not get that knid of service today and I can't thank them enough for making my project such a pleasant one. "Free Reggie" Just
