I had them come out to install a walk-in shower. **** *. was our installer and he worked diligently and he knows his job!My shower is amazing!!! From sales to the end of project everyone was very polite and extremely professional ! Cant say enough about my shower and **** T!Baths Direct USA

We were very pleased with all of the work done to get our old tub/shower out and the new walk in shower completed. ******* was so fun to have in our home and work with. When we had questions he answered them and when he asked questions we answered them and then talked about other life things also. The quality of work was great and we were very surprised that we did not have any mold or water damage back behind the original walls as they are 42 years old. ******* did a fantastic job and we love our new walk in shower. Hoping we are able to do the next bathroom with ******* working on that also. Thank you for the wonderful customer service with *****, ***** and ****** also. It was great to know when things would be shipped or delayed and anything that happened they were on top of and let us know. We an not forget *** ******* who came to the house and answered all of our questions and walked us through all the steps to get this project started. He was fantastic and down to earth with no pressure if we really truly felt we couldn't afford to do it. My installers, Kyle and Oliver did an excellent job on my installation. Explained things as they went along, were courteous and friendly. Cleaned up well. The end result is simply excellent. Would highly recommend them for your project.Baths Direct USA

5 starsAll I can say is that Josh from My Last Bath did a fantastic job doing our tub to shower transformation. I’m am so happy the way my bathroom looks now. We are in our senior years and this will make taking a shower so much easier. We hated stepping over the tub to get in and out of shower. Always afraid of slipping and falling. Now we don’t have to worry about that. Well worth it for pease of mind.Review fromLinette C
