What a wonderful experience getting my new walk in shower from My Last Bath - communication was really great - Cliff the installer called the day before to communicate that they would be arriving the following day - Cliff and Bailey arrived right in time and they did a wonderful job and made the experience really great - I would most definitely recommend My Last Bath to anyone needing an update on their bathroom. Absolutely love it!!

Amazing job on our Jacuzzi tub to walk in shower transformation!! Brad and Brendon were awesome. Treated our home with TLC. Super nice and professional young men. Worked from time feet hit the door until time they left. Outside of a lunch break they worked. No cell phones out, no goofing off..these men worked solid for 3 days straight. The entire process from tear out to walls built and sub floor installed, and our beautiful walk in shower in place was easy breezy. Very very glad we went with My Last Bath ?? ??Baths Direct USA

1 starThey lie and tell you one thing and don't owe up to it. They say one thing and turn around and lie after all the money you spend on new shower. I would never recommend them to anyone. Lie's and more lie's and make you look like the bad guy.All I can say if we knew what we were getting into we would of never went with them. I rate them zero star's.Review fromSheila B

Install crew was excellent. We've not had any renovations, so a little shocking that they could not provide a cost breakdown for material v.s. labor. Seemed odd. Install crew were the best. Timely, professional and polite.Baths Direct USA

It has taken 7+ mo this to get our new shower. While we understand that since Covid time lines have changed, this seems excessive. We ordered a 34 inch pan but a 36 pan was ordered. Hey scheduler was very upset with us that we didn’t let them demo out bathroom while waiting for a new pan. We couldn’t use a 36 inch pan without moving the entire doorway and frame to the bathroom. Even the installer wouldn’t put the pan in but the install manager was very upset with us for not us for not using the 36 inch pan anyway. Then the install manage wanted to have our bathroom demo’d while waiting for the new pan. We refused and we were told “if you don’t let us demo your bathroom while you wait for the new pan it will take even longer for your install.” New pan came in and everything was going as planned until they put hardware in for 80” doors when in fact they were 70” doors. Result was new side panels were needed and it was 3 weeks. New panels came in damaged so another 3 weeks until panels came in. The caulking job could have been done better by an 8 year old. We were told we could “clean it up” ourselves. So far my husband has 6 hours in and he’s not done yet. The owner of this franchise said it was all our fault for not going with the 36 inch pan. No apologies were offered nor was any offer of help offered. In fact, we did this on a same as cash offer. When the time ran out on the offer they wanted us to pay without the job not even close to being finished. When the installers came to our house they told us that they were told that we were awful customers and hard to work with and they remarked on how nice and easy going we really were. This has been a nightmare experience and embarrassing that we were bad mouthed to the employees.Baths Direct USA

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. We came out to your home with a 36” shower base because that was what was needed to correctly do you walk in shower and cover the whole left in your floor from your previous base. Your doorway would have been unaffected since this was the size shower you had in there to begin with.Unfortunately since the width and depth of your shower base was custom order due to you wanting to go to a smaller one than what was in there it would need to be ordered and took a few extra weeks to get in. Again we’re sorry for the delay on materials and shipping damage but those things are out of our control. Let us know if we can assist further
